正向管教是依據新竹縣教育局的教案指導, 提供給老師在處理學生的管教事件時使用的速查手冊, 以提供迅速有效且合乎教育原則的行為指導, 藉以提升整體教育品質. Positive discipline is based lesson plans, Hsinchu County Board of Education guidelines, Quick Reference Guide to the teacher in dealing with student discipline incidents used to provide rapid and effective and educationally sound behavior guidance, in order to improve the overall quality of education.
