Cathay Pacific for Android
I am using 7Edge, but the front page lag so much. UE is terrible.
Please revise this app version,slow n can't view flight status
Just installed latest version. Now it won't open and my boarding pass is lost. I'm already at the airport so this was far from amusing
Slowly, hopefully it will be a full feature apps just like the full website instead of just an app to fulfill the space of "me too". Multiple cities booking is a must to have feature, open jaws booking , stopovers booking and payment support for all cards in all country that CX flys to
New update. Couldn't get past the welcome page.
App needs improvement. Web version is better to manage your booking.
The app is ok. It works but is very slow. It only worked when I was able to sign in using in my registered account. Once I did this, I was able to see multiple bookings and download all mobile boarding passes for myself and two children. So, it works but has taken the best part of an hour to get all the information and boarding passes in the app working.
A super slow and badly designed app. When I did my online check-in and selected 3 seats together, the app reassigned the seats which were separated without asking for my agreement or gave me a chance to reselect seats. I had to cancel my check-in and redo it for selecting the seats again.
CX web page is fantastic state of the art as opposed to this horrible app that chews 47MB. Fire the IT firm that made the app! Don't ruin CX's reputation and let your customers suffer! Can't book Multi-stop trips! Always fails and exits accidentally!
The app freezes nearly every time. When I carefully enter my name and reference number the system replies that it cannot find my booking. Hugely frustrating!
App keeps saying I have inserted an invalid username or password. After 3 tries, my membership gets locked out by the app. And then I have to call customer service. Website works ok.
Please just copy Air France's mobile app to save yourself from shame.
This app reflects the going down reputation of CX. Really dont wanna use its service anymore
It is so slow as to be totally useless. I try to log in and it freezes after every couple of letters put in. This app is utter garbarge.
This app should be rename Freeze Pacific...it's slow, it takes a lot of data and it is not better than using their website
I downloaded this app, basicly slow as snail, not a point to download it, my cheap internet plan even better than the app.
Worst airline app ever. Slow, Crashing, failure in everything. I will book using other airline app rather than this one.
It is slow and froze frquently. Will delete it now and back to using the web instead.

Slow, unresponsive app with horrible design and layout. Doesn't have the full functionality of the website such as holding a booking for 24 hours before paying. Then again the website is pretty terrible too, also slow and crashes a lot (mobile and desktop). Other airlines have a much better online experience. Recently used Virgin America, the difference was night and day.
Horrible app that reflects their terrible on-line experience. Why have registered accounts and Marco Polo club separated. I know you want to gouge mugs for $100 for Marco Polo but you could still have a common service and charge for premium. You're a great airline but your on-line experience is garbage. Fire someone and do it right.
Worst airline app ever! Check in errors, mobile boarding pass won't work and takes forever to load. Even low cost airlines have better apps. Sours the CP experience. Only thing I could do was look at my flight. Would have given it zero stars if I could.
This is so upsetting. On the sign in page. After you enter you Asia mile number and password there is no enter key so you are stuck in that page. Leaving that page then you are not signed in
This app sucks. As others say it is as slow as you like with obvious time-wasting features. I start it up because I want to use it not because I want to hear about the cathay fleet. I'm humbled by the thought for the environment but actually what we all need is me to get my boarding pass quickly rather than hold up the queue. Then when it finally starts it shows by default the boarding pass for a flight already taken 2 days prior. It constantly goes away to update something or other and basically freezes. You can't minimise it because if you do it restarts about 50% of the time. I would suggest the developers actually try and use it and also download the BA and Lufthansa apps which both have their problems but which are a county mile better than this annoying offering.
I only write reviews if they are really good or really bad. This Cathay app does work but it is extremely slow, like a lot of people have already mentioned. Very frustrating and wasting time waiting around for bookings to load up. Not good.

Laggy on Sony XZs. Popup alerts, which you can't dismiss, block precious screen estate (yes, yes, we know checkin opens 48hrs before dept only)
