If TRK+ error code 2 is received on ongoing PRO a manual refresh moves will clear error message and move PRO to history folder

Need to be able to pause a move and start another..sometimes we have to bring container back to yard due to no billing. A notification would be good when we have a new move assigned also.

The app is good, but it needs to add intents so that the address could be shown on the map. Or at least allow to copy the address to clipboard.
