This app is very generic and simple app. It is a little complicated when it comes to arriving and departing a customer. They could make that a little more user friendly. They could also offer a way to communicate with dispatch. For an app the monitors where you are while it is active, it could at least offer a way to send msgs to the only other people that use this app.
