It is the highest battery drainer on my phone. I wish it was efficient in power usage but I love the features and the idea of this app. Good work.

I love this app! I love that I can be updated throughout the day while my daughter is in family day care...I've never had an issue with this app since it was introduced by my carer best idea ever for us working parents!

Why do you need my location? Keeps asking me to sign in my child even though I have.

It looks like all 5 stars reviews are paid ones. The app has been tested really poor. Asking for services it doesn't really need, educators don't get messages from me, no notification about new messages, no session timeout. It seems to me logging time doesn't work properly. Guys, do something

Insists on turning location services on, no idea why it needs it seems just poor or lazy development. Uses so much battery I now have to charge my phone daily. Concept of the app is great but execution is so poor

I have to keep deleting it or turning off my phone it uses way too much power and data no point having it if my phone is too flat by pick up time

Not liking it at all. Turn on my data, Bluetooth, wait for signals, spend extra time n pay extra weekly....all for what? The Bluetooth on my new phone now automatically keeps flickering on n off due to this silly app.

Really don't like this app but forced to use it! Too many updates and requirements. You can't stay logged in. Chews data. Can't wait to get rid of it

I dont feel educators should need to sacrifice important time watching children by playing with apps

Hi this app has consumed 2.5 gb of my data in the first 2days of installing the app just shocking and it forces us to turn on gps and bluetooth not sure what the logic behind this is but at least a alert would be nice before consuming lots of data

The app chews data and the statements are never right. Worst app ever!!

Great to have such app to communicate with our child's educators. However this application is very buggy and chews up excessive background data usage.

It uses up all our data and drains the battery. A complete waste

Loving using it as an Educator at working and as a parent. However after the recent update all the learning outcomes are mixed in together on the parent app! Also not sure if its a bug but I cannot upload videos from my andriod to xplor for educators

This app crashes way too many times during the week, especially when I'm relying on it to sign my child in and out of childcare and to see what she's up to. It either doesn't load or will just crash. I'm not the only parent with this issue

"Xplor could not be installed due to an error" Reset phone and finally installed only to find I couldn't sign up without an account.
