I needed to reinstall the app, it failed to do this. Emailed their support who were unable to resolve the problem. Their solution (at which they stopped responding by email) was to reinstall the free version. With ads. That I'd paid to remove in the pro version. It would be nice to get the problem fixed but I think it's beyond them.
