Funny how xm don't reply back on people's comments and ratings...makes one very suspicious to deposit actual funds into this platform. Before I install a application I normally read through the ratings and makes my own decision according to. Weel I had to install this application to rate it. But will for sure delete immediately. People if you want to trade please feel free to use etorro. Etorro is a reliable trade platform with good results.

Successfully registered a demo account at MT4 XmGlobal-Demo-4 but shows nothing but 0.00 start amount and often disconnects from server. Very very bad Forex platform for asian trader. Only good for faster internet countries most likely europe and americas. Dont use this app and MT4. So frustrated.

When i press the apps its blank white. If its loading it is taking too long.

It was good when I was trading with demo account,now I'd like to trade with real account I'm not able to,im told authorisation failed????

Try creating a account two times but after "successfully" creatimg them they apperantly dont exist anymore when i try to lock in with them on the web site or any app... Just bad and dissappointing

I lost a lot sum of money trading with these brokers they'll freeze you out until your positions are making a loss and they'll modify them i don't know hoe they'll even skip you stop loss then a consultant will call you and tell advise you to apply risk management believe me you try someone else unless u willing to take the risks

Total Scam . I was verified at the start and have been using it then they said I am not yet verified and in the end all my money was liquidated a d loss of 4000. I keep calling the helpdesk and support . For 3 days they said the manager will call me in awhile but never. DON'T JOIN THEM

I use this to login to member's area where you can only manage and check your account, deposit dan withdraw, check history, etc but not open or close trades. You do trades on the MT4/MT5 platform. This app is functioning well for me till now. However, this week I'm having problem withdrawing profits. Just last week I withdrawed successfully using my bank account number, and then this week all withdrawals rejected with the reason for now the bank account I submitted is registered with other name?! I'm just too curious how can that be in a week's time?! I have contacted them via emails and hope to resolve this matter soon. Until then, my rating drops from 5???? to 3????.

I trade with XM through MT4 and the broker allows me to trade in the currency of my choise. I get to choose my leverage. They dont harass me with calls or flood my mail with emails. They fast with deposits havent made withdrawals yet. The 5star will depend on that. All and all satisfied so far. Thanks XM

Beware! XM sells your contact details to other companies. I have just registered 2 days ago, and somebody called me after 1 day from different local company in Poland. Totally barbarian style respect to confidential personal details.

This trading app is hight level of risk to lose money. Minimum deposit is 5$ comision 0.But is your choice if you want to trading , maybe you are lucky.

Below average customer service. Had my bonus rejected for late registration and no gesture of goodwill when I requested to make an exception. Also reading some of the reviews here XM haven't once bothered to respond to any of them so that gives you an idea of the people behind scenes.

XM is a very good and a trusted Forex Broker. However, this app is very bad. It doesn't remember password. I had to log in everytime I open it.. bad app.

Very poor customer service, when you have a grievance and you contact support with a valid point they block your account with money inside, they don't explain their actions they just i hate it when u want clarity or help, most if my friends left xm for other brokers

XM (Trading Point) you surely can get a small team of Devs to make a better app - (not even an app just a link to the mobile site) then this - I have come to like the convenience that you provide to clients - this, what ever it is does not life up to that of which you have worked so hard to achieve. Just make a simple app for users to check their account - like Equity and even manage all their multiple accounts all at once without going to the mobile site - beats the purpose of having to download this, whatever it is. Also could you make it possible for someone to be able to choose the server they want use - using your version of the MT4 multiterminal is very convenient when someone runs a Fund of multiple accounts at once but you many servers make it problematic. I question the legitimacy of XM and request that Google remove the app from their site. (1). The numbers attached with their emails disconnect after the 1st ring. (2). Though XM is an Australian site asking for either your license, passport of valid national ID card, they will not accept the Australian 18+ card. It's as if the site is run by different people as were those who designed the site and so possibly (1). they cannot respond to your queries with the utmost of honesty and (2). the legitimacy of XM may need to be questioned regardless of that it is also an Islamic organisation whatever that means. Oh. Something else now. The "Submit identification" button no longer works at all. I did just mention to them though just how much hot water they could be in now they're dealing with me. Also the live chat will not load. I am suspicious that since i have not pushed the Islamic Trading button that i am being discriminated against. The site is offensive in more ways than one. Google has offended me by endorsing this paid site which seems to me to be scandalous. One of the best sites i know of is Plus500. Shouldn't disappoint you except that consultants speak limited english. The customer inquiry service is pleasingly prompt and kind but occasionally it might take a little beating-around-the-bush to have an issue resolved. If so, then just end the live chat and begin a new live chat with a the next consultant in line.

Buyer beware is about the best advice I can give! Will let me deposit, I have had my acc. verified, but it has been 3 weeks now and I can't trade at all. Have contacted XM via email 2 days ago and have had no response, live chat won't open on phone or pc. I am now going to attempt to remove my deposits and close my acc. Very disappointed.

It's good but you need to look at adding horizontal scroll view to your fragments. When checking open positions, I can't scroll to the right to see more details.
