About XKchrome
XKchrome is an innovative app-enabled light system that completely changes the look of your night rides. It casts dynamic light that highlights the beauty of your vehicle with any color you picked. You can sync its light with your camera and music, or choose from 15 hand-picked, fully-customizable animation themes.
XKchrome can also remember your parking spot, and help you find the way back to your vehicle. In addition, the whole system can be turned into a bright red light when you brake, significantly increase the night driving safety.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. To provide best user experience, "find my vehicle" feature only activates the GPS in the background for about 10 seconds when the phone is disconnected from the controller. The power consumption is similar to opening the Maps App briefly to find your current location. You can also turn off this feature at any time.

Like others I also think the music feature needs to be fixed. One thing I would actually love to see would be a music frequency filter. Say for the lights to turn on and off according to when the frequency plays. That way you can have one channel set to low frequency with a breath and high frequency like the drums to another channel of lights set to flash, that would make for an amazing light show as opposed to just volume. Which in my case all the music is loud so I just get a solid color through the song.

The music function doesn't work to make the lights pulse, and the chameleon function pulls up a white screen 85% of the time. Could you make a widget that you can turn the lights on and off through the location feature, instead of navigating through the app?

Good, not great. Chameleon effect doesn't stick. And sorting of patterns doesn't work. Also at times crashes my Bluetooth.

Only complaint is that music synced via Google Music can't be added to the app, and the lights are rather sporadic on microphone mode. I'd like a touch more pattern customisation too; to completely make my own, not just changing colour on preset patterns. App is very unstable - crashing within 1hr 95% of the time

Just bought this phone just for the xk app it works part time for some reason it keeps disconnecting from my Bluetooth. Really frustrated with this. But the lights look good and over all its a good idea. Please help

I love this app over the last bluetooth controlled lights I had. Only complaint I have is the music playlist part. When I try to add music, half the time it will pick a completely different song than the one I wanted.

This app has great potential but is poorly designed. This system despite what it says is not Bluetooth if it was you wouldn't need to have your GPS on all they time to connect to your control unit. Constant crashes and I've already had to reinstall the app once because of connection issues. The music functions is a joke. You can't sync to Spotify or any other music service and the light show is boring. XK GLOW you guys need to step up your game this system is disgraceful for the price you charge. *Update* got a new phone and the app won't even fine my controller. Friends iPhone worked fine but my Android can't even find the damn signal.
