The procedure is not so user friendly especially if you not so "techy". Regardless, once figured out it is awesome.

Doesn't work.

Bought 4 pieces. All unable to pair with my lg v20. Struggled for 1 hour. Total waste of time and money.

Use espy tracker. This one doesn't work. Didn't have much luck getting camera to work, didn't try hard either...

So, I read other reviews and here is my take on it, first: Camera button useless, I don't need it. The main purpose I considered buying the device is finding my phone and that is the problem. I was able to connect and establish Bluetooth connectivity well. Yet it disconnects whenever I'm outside the range which is fine! I do get the notification (as advertised). The main problem is reconnecting!! That has to be done manually every time the two units are disconnected. So if your for example loose your keys you cannot go near where they were lost and hope for the device to beep because they are now disconnected. The other bad thing is the locating abilities. It is not reliable.

Phone won't pair with the device. Waste of money.

This high pitch ring is annoying. Followed the tech support, but doesn't work. Also it doesn't even detect the device any more. Gonna smash it with a hammer like the fire alarm episode from friends tvshow

Once synchronized hardly ever connects to be able to search for item.. I. E keys or wallet. Another piece of junk which is now in the rubbish bin!

Piggyback on a Amazon purchased battery, unk cost of this P7 Finder won't pair and there is no support, read the reviews they are accurate, this is junk.

It didn't work at first. But i just put a new battery... and now it work..just the map of the application i didn't make work on my cell phone

All this does well is deliver Failure messages. Anything you do causes it to Fail. I got it as a gift because I forget where I put my stuff. Now if I could only forget how bad this device works. Gift or not, it's a real disappointment.

Horrible. Does not detect the device at all. My bluetooth on my phone is always on. Tried to follow the instructions (which say to hold in the button for 3 seconds to "turn on" the device. then press the + sign in the app)- I got a message that said "Failed". I tried restarting my phone and making sure my bluetooth was on and working (it was), followed the instructions again- I go the same "failed" message. I tried holding the button on the device down the ENTIRE time it was"searching" for the device- nope. I tried moving the device around, holding it closer than farther from my phone, turning off Bluetooth and turning it back on, holding down the button on the device a multitude of different ways- STILL got the same message that it had "failed". I recommend STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND THIS APP.

Good when it works but it keeps unpairing itself which makes it useless when you need it as a pet tracker.

Cheap knockoff of the original BT Tag Totally not usable as the tag switches of if its not connected to your phone

The Legacy Device cannot be found. This app was what was considered the default for this product. Waste of money and time.

The camera app is TERRIBLE

I work in software development and this app is still very unstable and the overall marketing is VERY misleading since you purchase a product first, and THEN find out the name of the app to see all the terrible reviews. The fob/tile and your app should carry the same name to be ethical, OR you should have partnered/shared with other IT developers so maybe some other apps could be used/created that would solve these critical bugs that should NEVER have been released! VERY POOR TESTING AND ROLL OUT AGENDA

Evidently the app was recently updated to correct this, judging by other reviews and the developers responses, but the problems persist. Would love it if it stayed open and connected more consistently. I also agree that the anti-lost function should run in the background, it doesn't help if anyone can close the app and then the function is disabled. Otherwise, I think it could be excellent, just far too many bugs, crashing and connection problems, making the app and device too unreliable.

Terrible interface. Poorly written instructions. Does not track well. App is extremely slow and drops connection constantly.

Unfortunately the App doesn't stay active in the background as a service which means that the Anti-Lost feature is pointless. There were also several crashes. I already sent reports. Don't try to make an Android App that looks like an IOS-one by using a lot of custom things. Use your resources elsewhere and try to focus on the functionality.

It would be even better if: 1) the system was running in the background as a service for the anti lost function. 2) When the app is launched, the app should always try to connect to a selection of beacons so that it is faster and easier to beep them 3) when in antilost try to connect until manage and make the beacon beep until antilost is cancelled 4) make it possible to take a photo with the application off (the system should connect to a pic beacon every time it finds it and wait button press)

Tracked initially then just doesn't work.

This app is constantly crashing. You will be lucky to stay on the app for more than a minute. GPS function still hasn't worked after 20 attempts.
