Terrible, terrible app. Can't delete devices because the interface doesn't show confirm/reject buttons. Adding devices is hit and miss and then connecting afterwards is dreadful. Some actual user testing is required.

Yeah I think you need to work on the connection reconnection and generally the apps functionality and functionality functionality this app compared to nut is a joke

Works OK until it loses connectivity, after that is useless.

Might be the phone (Xiaomi MI5) as has half the range of iPhone & doesn't auto reconnect like iPhone does

Works great on Alcatel 4. Running Android 6.01. with Bluetooth 4.2

The device and software work exactly as described. BUT. The directions that come with the device state, "When your device is connected or on 'connection status' ". The inferance is that it will not work if it is not connected. BUT if the device is moved out of range from the phone it becomes disconnected and will not automatically reconnect. Let the Byer beware!!!!

Bought 4 of these devices won't pair on device with android 6 and Bluetooth 4.1 what a waste of money! Developer says not supported on 4.1 but other apps support the device.

Still continues to disconnect via Bluetooth makes this worthless if you can not stay connected or doing an auto connect when near your phone. Not helping to find my keys.... Fix it

Using latest version of app (if you scan the code on box it just takes you to a picture of the device, not the play store) but fails to pair. Tried several times & rebooted phone but still failed to pair with device

This is the worst device you could waste your money for. I bought this keyfinder so the phone would beep whenever I go far from my keys, however the device keeps disconnecting itseld from the phone all the time. What happens when the device is disconnected? It's no more a device but a piece of cheap plastic that wouldn't warn you if you dropped your keys (Anti-lost feature) or if you're looking for it (Search feature). So, basically you need to go to the application every 10 minutes or so to "connect" all of your devices again. I bought 4 of these, and none of them are working neither on my Android or on my wife's iPhone!!! And.. they don't have any customer service.. when you click the "Help" button on their poor application you are given some silly instructions about how to connect the device or how to take a selfie.. nothing more.
