Genuine Galaxy - Phone Info

New versions of clone Samsungs units have hardcoded the rom size and model which this app is reading.The Phone Info app is much better. Its how i found out that the unit bought online by a friend is clone.

I was worried if my phone is fake now I know its original. This app is cool and it has benchmark too u dont need to download other benchmark apps. If i could give this 6 stars i will.

Does not show my CPU Hardware! Then bench mark test says my galaxy S7 had a lower benchmark then a Galaxy S4. HOW??? Why are people acting like a mask has never been put on a counterfeit device???

100% Correct !!!. I have cross checked with the IMEI by googling it, Model & specs of all info presented by GENUINE GALAXY APP all being the same with what I found. This app really deserves 5 star & I have given it. Thanks to the developers for saving my life & assuring me with speed, simplicity, and easy to understand features.

I have 2 galaxy devices and I liked the benchmark part because i tried it with different governors selected on the cpu to see if was a difference. There was differences between the different selections on both devices.

What a great app. I installed it on my Note Edge and within one minute it gave me the detailed specs on my phone and also, thank God, said my phone was genuine. Telling me the detailed specs was appreciated because I often times forget the specifications of my various phones. This is also helpful for when I want to sell my phones on eBay and am able to copy and paste the specifications for the listing. All in all I give this app my top recommendation. A must-have in anyone's phone application arsenal.

It says 'I'm affraid that you are not using a Galaxy s4, but in results, everything looks ok, some numbers dont match but it's like ROM 16 gb and for mine it says 12, but everything else iz almost same...

It doesn't say real.or fake it just show specs of the phone I'm not sure how to tell from the specs ??? Left me more confused and worried galaxy 7 edge

I just bought my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge and I'm so worried because I don't know if it's fake...I tried the app and it says that there are no threads. But after three days with my phone, I discovered that the headphones are from a Samsung Galaxy s4...and the phone's box says "Made in China". Please help me.

Can it tell if an s7 is real or fake

It's not highlighting the mismatches on other phones... Just reading the device info as that like of cpu-z or other device reading apps....

In spite that my S3 is a hand me down from my sister I feel good that I now own a genuine Samsung S3. Thanks to your app.

This application is not at all worthit for all models of Samsung Galaxy. It needs a lot of updates and more information about variety of same phone but with different models and specifications throighout the world.

I guess custom ROM s count as fake it still checks out I love it. Keep it up.

It tell me my s8 is real but made in China they have Factories in china Just because it was Made In China Don't mean it's not real

Bought a Samsung s6 from ebay turn out to be fake so sent it packing back then bought another one from reliable phone seller on ebay did the same thing with this app turn out to be the real thing

Told me my Samsung with genuine later verified with T-Mobile that it was genuine this is all I did with the app but it was easy to use and appeared to be accurate thank you

Was worried mine was fake.If in doubt ring the 0800 number if in NZ.

Some features don't work.

It says my phone is genuine buut this phone in particular won't connect to WiFi..

Needs support for Note 5.
