Sometimes it's just stop working when i download some images from the camera, please fix it soon

Can't connect to camera via WiFi. Have sd card inserted. Can't complete all steps in video. Camera says WiFi connected, but app doesn't pick it up. Gives error of WiFi connection time out. FIX IT!

Handy as remote viewfinder and remote shutter but the app is too unstable. It often crash and need multiple tries to connect to the camera

Can I change firmware from CN version to Int ?

Doesn't even connect with camera via bluetooth. I've tried everything! Turned on location, shut off every other device, restarted camera, held phone close and far away...etc. NOTHING WORKS! I have NO control over camera's wifi or bluetooth options. It just says that the connectivity is on auto. I actually like the camera but this option is very poor in it's execution.

This camera and application is TRASH!! It was very very hard to pair with my camera.. By 50 chances, maybe i only got it twice connected.. How do i can do my work with this cam??

Hi, the last lense update make auto focus getting worst, even in bright place, my device using 12-40mm lens with 1.1 firmware and 2.0 int body firmware, auto focus always lost, it locked but didn't focus on place that i want, what happen. Please fix it thanks

There are a few major shortfalls with this app. 1: autofocus still suck for my Panasonic 14mm lens. It's actually much worse using this app then the in body operation. No idea why. 2. No ability to shoot raw using phone as a remote shutter. (Not to mention raw+jpg is totally missing even for in body operation) 3. Connections are at best finicky. 4. They should just do away with the startup screen. When I turn on the app, I want to take pictures asap.

The app is cool and all but.... How do I switch to international rom from cn...

DJI needs to learn from Xiaomi how to fix a terrible program and make it terrific!

i still cant connect to apps, for upgread the firmware i have a 1.2 CN version, i want to upgread it to 2.0 CN everytime i want to connect it tells "unable to connect, camera wi-fi connection timed out" can u help with ths prblem?

Keep getting unable to load pictures from the camera. Wifi connected but can't load the picture. Using kitkat on samsung S4

Nice app but... It needs to give the user full access to the camera​; the ability to control the camera, plus it doesn't download any videos from the camera. I have the latest firmware. (1.2 int) plus I'm running MIUI version 8.2 Update: Thanks for the response I upgraded to 5 stars just for that. When is the updated app coming and any news on new features in the firmware for the camera?

New version difficult to connect camera with my smartphone. I use kitkat on sharp aquos crystal.

I can't use this app as a remote

update feb 2017- (1) appreciate your firmware update, but I can't even upload it now - it always failed in 30% upload. It's been very frustrating to connect with my android - I'm using MIUI 7. (2) i found that the camera works on limited brands of studio trigger & speedlight -------|| PLEASE PLEASE I AM BEGGING YOU PLEASE MAKE IT WORK :( other stuff still remain the same: (1) Cannot download images., download always failed. (2) My xiaomi phone always disconnect wifi because it thinks that connection is broken. Had to delete other wifi hotspot from my phone to avoid automatic wifi switch. Yet problem number 1) still happens. (3) Already updated firmware, but problem with flash in manual mode still remains. Cannot use the camera for studio shot because it won't trigger flash in manual mode. Your camera needs massive firmware fix. Please do your homework.

This will be a five star if the app can be used as a remote and if I'm able to shoot the camera while connected to the app so I can see how my shots look like in a bigger higher definition screen

Useful to be able to update the camera through the app. Only thing I would like to see is a remote that lets you take pictures with the camera while it is on a stand or similar. Would be especially great for slow shutters to avoid camera shake.

Took some time to figure out how to sync my photos from the camera with my phone, but after i did, the app fulfills its intended role. Works great and its easy for me and other people who have the patience to figure it out.

But what about downloading videos?

Just like the camera, this app could be so much better. Downloads are slow and fail often, you can't download dmg images, only jpeg, no live preview or adjusting camera functions, too much focus on the useless master guide functionality.

App focuses a lot on master guide. Some folks love this, some hate it.. master guide is great for new photographers.. features I want however are, raw support (you can't transfer raw photos to phones) and live view support.. aside from that, app is fine.. I still like using my Eyefi card more though for photo transfer bc it supports Raw

The WiFi functions seem to not work or take so long to do so that it's not worth it. The Faq section redirects you to a website that is totally in Chinese which makes it useless to those who don't speak Chinese. The camera functions well but my decision to keep it in the next month will be determined on whether or not this app is actually updated to enhance the experience.
