YI Dashcam

Before the update, audio was clearly recorded with enough volume to be heard. But now, even if I'm talking directly to the camera, recorded audio wasn't easily audible. I needed to increase the volume to hear it. I gave 3 stars for the video quality

Previously I had a problem for taking pic from android phone. After having a conversation with yi dashcam support team, Finally my yi dashcam fixed. Know it works very well. Thanks alot yi dahscam support team

When I connect to my Yi Dashcam, it automatically sets the resolution on the camera to 1080p@30 and i always have to manually adjust it to 1080p@60 on the Yi Dashcam it self. Also taking pictures is not working most of the time due "Request Failed" error msg. I would rate it a 3.5 stars until these bugs are fixed.

After I changed the embedded WiFi AP name and p/w, the application can't find dash cam anymore. How it could be fixed? Asking GPS permissions when my phone is already connected to camera AP is also very strange. BTW the web server on a camera does work ;) UPD. Any plan to fix aforementioned bugs?

After software update, unable to connect phone to camera. Have already off and on camera, reinstall app but still unable to connect to phone (connecting..). Please help to resolve issue.

recent update fixed the "request failed" error when taking a photo. unfortunately, when the phone is connected to the camera, it stops recording. the video quality is ok but still can't read plate number of the car in front even if I'm using the 2160p setting. tried to take photo of the car in front and the plate number is still blurred or seemed out of focus especially when I zoomed in the photo. I like the new feature of showing travel time, hard breaks and acceleration. overall

Love the app and the dashcam's 60fps recording. I just wish there are addtional options for recording length. We're currently stuck at 3mins. Looking forward to updates and new features.

App shows me firmware update, 1.03.026..... But i cant dowmload it. Whenever i press download, it shows download failed. Please.. any idea? ✂ ✂ ✂ ✂ ✂ I can't send email to the address u gave me. After updated to latest version still same.. unable to press on the big red button to take a live photo.

In some case, we don't have time to download the whole video segment (3 mins) which in around 400 MB. So, a function called "Marked as emergency record" need to contain that will allow user to select the normal record as emergency record and that's won't delete until the user manually delete it.. Another funtion "trim download" is another requirement which will allow user to select and download the specific amount of time.. for example can able to download 35 seconds of one video segment (3 mins).

After update i can no longer view video preview on my phone, only shows black screen...still cannot previou video any recommended video player SW?

After update Yi dash cam, i can not open any clip on my phone, it says " system does not support the resolution of the video". My FW version V-1.01.005-US. I have tried to restart many times. Thanks.

After update, i cannot see video. black screen with sound only...i cannot take a picture always "request failed" my cellphone model is redmi 3 pro...pls fix the problem...

I just downloaded the app today.. to watch my videos.. but upon watching it just black screen but you can hear voices but it only last for 10secs. What should be the problem??

The people behind XiaoYi did great job! I love the camera, the features and usability. I would be happy if there will be added option to save 3-minute loop record on the cam.

To connect to my camera??? Android needs only ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION and ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION PERMISSIONS, and NOT active GPS to get the SSID list.

Updated app and also the firmware to v-1.03.028-CN but cannot see ADAS button? How to fix? Also, there is no firmware update button.

Why do you need GPS location to search wifi connection? So dumb app

Good app for a camera. I expected it to suck like the app for my Polaroid action cam. Nope. Easy to use, lots of features. I have a one plus 3 and have not found an bugs.
