Error, Lots of Error, Can't connect to router, Getting info failed.. Not even in other phone the app is working. Through browser everything is proper. The device lacks so many features

This app cannot detect my Xiaomi Router 3G!! After reset, the app can detect the Wifi network, but after that, the app said that the wifi connected is not the router's wifi... Trust me, i have done the step correctly, but unfortunately no matter what i do... Still cannot proceed to the next installation process

Why I have to enter username and password every time I open the app... Not working properly after recent update... Can't even login after update it says bad gateway... Please fix it...

My iPhone can't connect to router and it got connected instantly to my mi note 4.While m trying to connect my iPhone it shows wrong password.very worst setting.really disappointed with this .

Though I've a router, I've bought Mi Mini for its features. But unfortunately download speed is 0.04MB!!! Upload speed is ok. My other router works fine. But Mi router is not allowing to browse. I've tried different firmwares too. And this app also help me to fix this.

For an unknown reason after the update returns from english to Chinese language. Reinstall and install again, is ok in English for 2 days and then agaain changes to Chinese.

I am using mi router 3c In feedback sections error is coming In every 15 to20 minutes it show no internet but in router green light is on Old solve my problem other wise take your router and return my money

Update: I liked the latest update. It's smooth now but still needs offline support. It doesn't need to connect to the internet when it's already connected to the router. I may not connect my router to the internet

It's OK for the basic functions or if you want to setup your Xiaomi router for the first time and don't know Chinese. I had to connect to the modems interface from my laptop (it's in Chinese) in order to change the 5ghz channel and make the band ''visible'' , things you can't do from the app.

App is slow to load LAN devices list and files even phone is connected to local area network. App login is very slow.

Doesn't show device images. White boxes are annoying. Speed consumption is also not correct Please fix this

What the hell? The next day after installing the app, language changed to Chinese. When I tried restarting the first thing I see is a banner add that I can't turn off until it finishes. In Chinese. Also. Can't change the time zone. Srsly? Also. Can't connect to internet without logging into my mi account and can't log into my account without internet. Thank God it was possible to setup in the browser.

Can't Dial pppoe from app. Can't do it from mobile browser as well. Very very disappointed. It's been few days I got the router but still nothing working. Request to please help with the issue.

App cannot find my router even though I'm connected to it and the website says forbbiden

Unable to fetch any info about router. Inbuilt feedback also not working. Can't see connected devices, download speed, upload speed etc.

After updating app on both phone and router to latest version Mi WiFi app is not working properly. Always getting error "Could not get data,try again". Device info, Plugin options and led settings not at all working and not showing any details. Plz fix I have screenshot captured. -- resolved after unpair - pairing from app.

Worst app! It doesn't let me connect with my network. I plug in the ethernet cable in my laptop, the internet works fine. I plug it into the router, nothing happens. Just nothing. How can you make such a bad app which can't even connect to a network? Every time it says sign in failed in Mi Account. Worst app ever by Xiaomi. Don't bring half baked devices and apps in market. It'll do you no good.

Whenever I turn on and off the wifi in my cellphone and again open the app to connect to the routing even though I am connected to the router by my phone wifi and internet is working and all, the app does not connect to the router at all and saying "Couldn't get data, try again". Please fix this as soon as possible Xiaomi developers out there. It's pathetic and tiresome to switch off and on and for router all the same. How many times will I do that to connect to the wifi for this app...?

Why won't it let me sign into my account? It was working fine two days ago. I'm on mui8. Please fix it thank you. I sent an email but no reply. Still can't log into my account. It's really disappointing because your products are absolutely great when they work.

I don't know why people gave bad ratings but I have to admit since the latest update of the app and the firmware of my Mind Router 3c.. I am flying.. Speed ,Qos control, etc is wonderful.. Keep it up and give latest updates ...

Very slow download speeds. You cannot upload files to the hdd attached to the router unless you are connected to the router's WIFI? That's stupid. What kind of personal cloud is that? Fix it please. Also add offline support. Why can't we upload files over 3G/4G?

QoS features DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE after loading the latest app update. I'm using a Xiaomi Router 3 and an app which is loaded on my Zenfone Selfie, but now the QoS feature is getting errors/glitches when saving your preferred settings. Before it can detect your current base internet speed (upload & download) & save your settings or bandwidth configuration/limit on each device while QoS is on automatic mode. Now, after getting the latest update it doesn't work well anymore. I really admire Xiaomi's Technology...but please fix the problem/glitch on your update... T_T

Seriously man ! This is not acceptable from your side. This app is just for waste nothing more. Its neither updating nor fetching data from any of the device connected to it. what you just supposed to build ?? can anyone answer me ??

It's very good but now the problem is I'm having is that. I have registered a my new router in another phone.Now im installed and try to setup but its not able to find a router.Why? I have logout from another phone that firstly I have registered the router.But now I won't able to register in my new phone.

Hello Xiaomi, I got my mi router today and when I tried to setup new router with this app as an wireless repeater I continuously got an error messages stating "couldn't apply settings" and I couldn't setup my new router with the help of this app... Pls look into the issue as its really terrifying...

Please add 3G USB dongle support in the firmware and app. About the app, navigation is not as smooth, some spelling mistakes and some expressions making no sense, requirement of Internet for some feature is absurd. All Xiaomi apps ask for too many permissions. I feel you can do lot better than this for this good device.

It works fine. But is missing a cruicial thing. It does not show monthly data usage of different devices. I dont understand why it is not there. Usage is already displayed there. Problem is it RESETS every time i go out. (Or may be everyday?) WHY IS IT RESETTING???? Expected it to be better than this

I was unable to log in Mi account. Does logging into Mi account works only on Mi phones or is it supported on all Android phones?

I can control any devices connected to MI Router. Don't forget to change language to your own.

The QoS does not save my settings. I have already fixed my QoS settings and it goes back to 0 and unknown. Also Guest Wifi does not work as well. The previous versions of the app was good but the last and this current version ruined it. Please fix it.

Buggy app... Whenever I want to connect to the router it failed. And I have to sign in every time. Also it fails to identify devices connected to it

Wifi Router Mini is not getting a fix since 2.16 update of firmware. QOS setting and Guest wifi setting are not getting saved through app or through browser modem console. Problem since May, now it is August end. Thinking to remove Mi WiFi router because due to this serious bug it has​ no use. App also asks login each time to my Mi account.
