APP for Smart LED Bulb

I use this with a Bluetooth light speaker. This app auto shuts down any device this is on, especially if you try to play YouTube on it. The light works great, but they need to fix this app be I keep this so I can control the volume and color. Works good when it wants to.

Worked for a bit, disconnected from Bluetooth and tried to connect again and it's only connecting to A2DP Bluetooth not SPP, gives me error message "Can't connect for data". I can use the speaker fine and the light works but i cant change colour which is the reason i bought the bulb. EDIT: ANYONE HAVING THESE ISSUES, GO TO 'APP INFO', VIEW SYSTEM APPS, AND CLEAR THE DATA OF THE BLUETOOTH APP. MY BULB IS COMPLETELY FUNCTIONING NOW. This app could be improved by having a 'pulse' feature, which smoothly cycles through the colours?

Out of the 50 songs i have, maybe 15 show up in the list. Please fix this as I would like to listen to all.

LG V20. Took a while for me to get working - it would always say my bluetooth wasn't on or my data wasn't on. To get it to work, you have to turn things on in this order: 1. Turn on lightbulb; wait ~7 secs 2. Turn on phone's mobile data 3. Turn on phone's Bluetooth 4. Connect to lightbulb from the popup your phone gives you 5. Open the app - you will know if you're connected if it boots you to the music screen of the app. Actually surprised this works with Nougat considering it hasn't been updated in a few years...

Works great but could use some improvements. Add features like strobe, gradual color change, fade, and other effects; be able to connect multiple bulbs and have them play the same music; be able to control the intensity of the light (sometimes itd be nice to have a lower volume but have the lights at full blast) and even the option to choose colors for the auto mode. Overall, pretty happy with how the app works

The merchant doesn't send my product when they say they can then on when I received it it was broken got it to work but the app doesn't work on the phone. They don't send instructions what app to use however I believe all the apps are the same. Does not work!.

It's a great app, syncs to my phone without a problem (HTC ONE M9). Minor improvements can be made like 1.) Have the option to put the light on full blast even when the song is lowered, I know the bulb dims when the volume is lowered but I wish this wasn't an issue. 2.) Have the option to have preset colors. 3.) And a strobe light feature wouldn't hurt either.

Its connected to bluetooth however when i try to use it says connect to Bluetooth and it does not work with lightbulb

Saving my own preset colours would be nice... Volume not being on full whack every time I use the bulb would be very good... And setting a password so my neighbours can't take over if I turn my phone off would be helpful

The only complaint I have is that the app *frequently* disconnects from the bulb. Not sure why. And after it disconnects, it can be a chore to get your bluetooth to reconnect. Turning the bulb off and resetting your bluetooth connection only works after multiple attempts. Other than that, I like this app. But please fix! - Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge

Within an hour of the install and opening my email a spam email went to many in my gmail contacts list, claiming to be from me but using another email address. The email time stamp was 12 hours later...indicating it likely came from a server in China. When I went to uninstall, the link to the app was removed from were it was added, but a Google Play check showed that it was still installed.

Please add the ability to connect multiple devices. I've bought two hoping I could connect simultaneously, but will only connect one at a time. I have a Samsung Note 4 and have been able to connect to multiple devices and both playing at the same time. ie Bluetooth headphones.

Music works great but can't get it to light? Is there some kind off trick

Could be improved with more features like these....let bulb change color automatically WITHOUT strobing....set color temp....save colors.....schedule bulb to turn ON....more options for music other than strobing effect.

Jist pit the light on manuel or automatic and then just open the music app of your preference :) work just like when you put the music from the original app :)

Connected to Bluetooth, could stream "music" but every other feature told me "connect to Bluetooth". Duh, I can stream anything via regular Bluetooth, I need an app for the colors!

Connects to my phone's Bluetooth but keeps disconnecting every second also the light control don't work.. so it's just stuck on yellow

Although this is cool, I would like to buy 4 flux speaker lightbulbs, but I am Hindered by not being able to connect music to all for devices.

would like to select other music apps (pandora/spotify) rather then just the default music stored on my phone

add more options like auto color changing. diffrent type of mood such as sunset or sunrise color.

App is outdated, very basic functionality. Timer feature is only to cut the light off unfortunately. No color preset saving. Random "bluetooth connected" toast message pops up. Could be much much better but dev will not be updating this app again undoubtedly.

When connecting the audio starts right away at full blast (not good for a night stand light). Wish that i could also have a wake-up alarm to it (will light up slowly + music optional )

1st it does have connections to any cellular phone you have it on and I use other apps with fog horns that blast once media audio is connected however having no talking through my personal ip camera 2 way camera which is wired /wireless and if I'm home they here my voice loud through fan smart bud on the ceiling fan and it doesn't work at all no services with WiFi or 4LTE 4G INTERNET FROM T-MOBILE WHICH MAKES ME SUPER UPSET FIX PLEASE! !!!

Fantastic app a few bits I would like to see added in the next update. in music section I would like a shuffle all button and for the lighting I would like to be able to choose a different light show like slow fade between the colours.

IT will be great to have a color show not link to music like Slow alternative change, fast and night alternative

Love this item connects with no issue plays music fine but could do with just a few app improvements to make it perfect ......1 don't make it blast sound on start (not good if you want to chill out to music at 2am) .......2 allow me to save light settings once I have found a mood I like........3 have a fade in/fade out function between colors then this product would truly be amazing

Tried quite a few different avenues for getting my new Magic Light Beats light to work.(Bluetooth multi-color light with speaker) This app connected right away with no issues. Thanks developer(s)!!

It worked fine on my old phone but now its not working on my new phone.

'music' feature needs to be dropped entirely. Whenever you open the app for LED control it takes over your device audio, stopping whatever you have playing and maxing the volume! There's just no need for special audio when the Bluetooth speaker is recognised by Android OS. Lots of minor improvements could make this app much much better and the use of your smart light much more enjoyable. +1 for Android wear support

Wish it had the ability to save your own presets. That would be perfect, then I would give 5 stars!

it doesn't recognize audio files, timing lights has no use ... disappointied as this app is recommended by producer ...

All of a sudden my phone cannot connect to the bulb, so now it's useless. My phone connects to other Bluetooth devices, and connected to the bulb a week ago, but now, no matter what I do, it cannot connect to it. 40 bucks down the drain. Now all I have is a bright white bulb I can't do anything with.
