이러한 규칙은 결국 한 개인이 무제한으로 신청할 수 없는것으로 만드는것이 대부분입니다.
인사이트는 희망도서를 사용하지 않는 사용자가 필요한 사용자에게 제공해주어 도서관의 활성화를 돕고
