Amazing. After my two year old decided to play "I hide, mom seeks," with the remote, I proceeded to spend three hours searching EVERYWHERE! I sat down physically and mentally exhausted from my search, I'd say I was definitely feeling somewhere in between a margarita and a nap. Then I remembered this app. What a relief! Still have not found the remote, but at least he can watch his "blue's clues" while I finish my search. Thanks for this beautiful invention!

The listings are terrible. The channel column is jumpy, often not lining up with the shows, scrolling ahead in time is very slow, the font is way too big which limits it to showing just half an hour at a time, there is no landscape mode which could display more.

Takes about a minute to load on a 50mb connection and it's just text. LOL go comcast! Grid will sporadically scroll left landing you hours ahead in the lineup. Frequent random errors when loading descriptions. Very convenient app but wow - I think it was coded by rabbits with high IQ's. Update: new version locks up,don't is so big you can't even see the still name of some 30 minute shows. Comcast is so pathetic.

Why can I not find the actual remote??? Just the guide shows??? Un installed and reinstalled again...4-7-2017. Please help would be great...!! So...click the blue microphone icon and slide the screen to expose the remote...who knew???

Does not give me option to watch purchases and it caused me to be charged rental fees for movies i bought. It also doesn't let you forward or go back or start shows over. Not a good remote

Update -- It's been weeks since this has worked for recordings. It always gets "Internal server error", so it's useless to me now. The only purpose I had for it was to set up recordings, and that no longer works.

Slightly better... now displays program details again but despite "seeing" may DVR is 96full, it displays no list of content nor can it be managed... almost useless ! & after paralyzed for days with old version stuck !! ... but roll out was so poorly done as to cripple the prior version...Comcast is so lame... app still cannot set reminders... goofs reminiscent of Adelphia?

This new update is F'in terrible! The font is WAY too big. Bring back full hour on one screen! Where is "Previous Channels"?? Garbage! Now with even less down in the screen better if the useless stars! Hire some real UX people, please!!

The latest update removes the ability to jump directly to a particular channel. If you want to go to channel 800 you have to scroll all the way. An astoundingly stupid omission considering the last version had the feature. EDIT: I didn't think this app could get worse but it did. Fully one third of the screen is channel numbers, leaving even less room for content. Scrolling is jittery. The app designers need to be so fired.

Thank you for this update its great now that you can use a number pad to change the channels only thing it would be making it better to have a key Pad button instead of pushing the the microphone button on the app then the number pad. It would be better also if they were up at the top of the app page other then that great app I would give number 1

Deserves zero stars. Locks up consistantly so I don't have an app to review. This seems to get worse with each update. How about getting it to do just ONE thing well instead of failing at everything.

Poor user experience, trying to set a recording of a coming show and this app fails, it displays the program on channels that DO NOT EXIST. Channel numbers in the 1300's when I know the channel is in the low 700's. Pity, next thing you know, Comcast will be selling my personal browsing history. I may have to switch to a different ISP, wait, Comcast has a monopoly in my area.

Pretty much you speak mostly in the microphone on settings like. "Turn off captions" you use it like that and the nice thing is you scroll side ways and view the time and also scroll list of channels. FYI> This app may also not be compatible for other phone users. In the future Commcast will look forward in these reviews. Also, Sorry you all had terrible experience with Commcast. They will try to improve better for you in the future. :)

What happened! Edit: apparently you need to be on the same network your TVs are on when you open the app (?) Update: failed again today... It's nice when it works.. subtract a star for repeated failures Edit again: you folks have really screwed up this app Edit: failed again. Locks up.. this app is nice WHEN IT WORKS! Please, Please, Please. Tell me how to contact you about the app without calling to be transferred several times just to talk to someone who knows nothing about the app! Edit AGAIN! YOU UPDATED THE APP AND STILL DID NOT FIX IT!. THE APP SHOWS NO DVR INFORMATION.. NO RECORDINGS SHOWN.. IT USED TO WORK.. UPDATE: you apparently cannot make this app work right.. smh

Still does not allow any real control (pause, play, rewind or fast forward) nor allow playback of dvr on other tv's. But update did improve the scrolling and I haven't had any freezes.

Haven't been able to retrieve program info for months. Trying to speak with support via chat and even the support page just hangs and hangs. Total failure across all Xfinity's platforms.

Used to be able to type in the channel number and the app would show me what was on. Now it just changes the darn channel. Not helpful when I have to scroll through three sets of channels. Why do I have four of each channel anyway?

Last update truly sucked, nothing worked, IF it ever found my TV. Latest update rocks, got favourites back, easier to favourite a chanel, the app is better laid out and easier to use. THEN they update again and of course it doesn't work again, another update and still not working. FFS

Once again the update has messed up the app. On Demand will not work. When you scroll down the channel names go one way and the programs go another. Please get this right!

Not really a remote. Let's me pick a show to watch but then nothing to control the tv no pause or ok button. This needs to be fixed had to use another app with a ton of ads just to change the channel or press the ok button so a message woulda go away.

Just what I would expect from Comcast. The TV listings portion is broke. When I scroll the channel numbers on the left they get out of sync with the actual program information! It totally unusable! But, that IS what I would expect from such a horrible company. They've been screwing me for years.

Scrolling broken in Listings. New voice search opens results on TV instead of showing results on Android screen, forcing you to then switch to the remote and click around instead of just showing the results within the app and letting you tap the episode to start watching.

Lovely update - it still freezes up constantly. If an otherwise great app freezes up more often than not, then it's useless.

The old app was slow and sometimes frustrating but at least it worked. Crashes on loading and locks up the phone. Have to reboot to clear it.
