XETICS LEAN Funktionalität:

XETICS LEAN unterstützt die Produktion bei der Optimierung und dem operativen Betrieb. Darüber hinaus ermöglicht XETICS LEAN die nahtlose Rückverfolgung der Aufträge und Lose (Perlenkette) in der Fertigung. Hierbei werden einzelne Fertigungsinseln in der Produktion, auch an mehreren Standorten, einfach und schnell wertstrom-orientiert abgebildet.

Im ersten Schritt werden Stationen und Werkstücke, Werkstückträger oder Transport-Behälter mit Smart-Labels (z.B. Barcode, Data Matrix Code, RF-ID oder NFC) versehen. Die Datenerfassung erfolgt dann mittels mobilen Terminals (Android und iOS) oder am PC komfortabel über den Web-Browser.
Maschinen und Anlagen können ergänzend bei einem höheren Automatisierungsgrad über die Steuerungen angebunden werden.

Für die Umsetzung nach dem Pull-Prinzip werden im ersten Schritt Prozesse, Stationen und Produkte und Produktvarianten definiert oder von bestehenden IT-Systemen übernommen und integriert.
Mittels XETICS LEAN werden Aufträge und Lose durch den Einsatz von mobilen Terminals in der Linie gesteuert und verfolgt. Dies führt zu einem Informationssystem inklusive der Produktionssteuerung (e-Kanban), sowie das Lesen von Parameterdaten und produktspezifischer Maschinenprogramme und Rezepte. Dargestellt werden Parameterdaten übersichtlich in allen gängigen Formaten bis hin zu Bild-Sequenzen und Video auf mobilen Terminals.

Erfassen Sie Betriebs- Maschinen- und Qualitätsdaten mit mobilen Terminals. Die Gesamtdarstellung Ihrer Daten von Betriebs- und Maschinendaten bis hin zu Qualitätsdaten bilden einen umfassenden Überblick. Hierdurch ist immer der kontextbezogene Datenbestand an der richtigen Stelle und Schwachstellen können einfach identifiziert werden.

Für die kontinuierliche Berechnung von Kennzahlen (KPIs), wie z.B OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) können Schichtpläne pro Station und Mitarbeiter verwaltet werden. Umrüstzeiten und geplante, wie ungeplante Stillstände können erfasst werden. Ganz im Hintergrund werden ständig aktuelle Informationen aufbereitet, wie z.B. die Verfügbarkeit, die Auslastung, der Durchsatz und die Qualität.
Im Dashboard haben Sie immer und überall sicheren Zugriff auf die Daten. Bequem können diese auch über mobile Geräte z.B. iPhone und Android jederzeit dargestellt werden.

Materialverbrauch und -Beschaffung sind Kernprozesse, die in den gesamten Produktionsprozess integriert sein müssen. Nur dann haben Sie alle Zahlen und Daten für die Produktionsplanung bei der Hand, um jederzeit auf Schwankungen reagieren zu können.
