It fails a lot. It will run when you first install it but if you come back to use it days later you have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work again.

Doesn't work on WorkCentre 7835 even though the app says it should. Printer shows up on device, but every time I try to print it just says "Print Failed " and doesn't give a reason.

It doesn't work. I had installed it to print with a 6515 printer to print from my email and Samsung Memo app. It just keeps trying to send the file to the printer. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still doesn't work.

Only branded printer/copiers I have had difficulties printing to from my phone. Our organization just switched to xerox and printing from devices is more work than one could imagine.

I keep getting a "Controller Error" message on our Xerox WorkCentre 6605DN PCL6 when trying to print docs from my phone. The file doesn't have any bugs because I can print from my laptop. It suggested that I restart the printer which I did to no avail. I was sure to delete the old print jobs before hand. Says to call customer support.... I'm not going to stay on the phone for an hour to go thru umpteen trouble shooting steps that may or may not resolve the issue. It should just work.

Doesn't find my network printer even when adding manually. Several generic apps find it IMMEDIATELY. Xerox is pathetic when it comes to mobile printing from phones

What is the point of getting a wireless printer when you can't print with your smart phone? It is a waste of money. It doesn't support Xerox 3020 and there is no other way to do it. Fix it!

It finds the printer, but does not work. "Printer error" is reported, and does not provide any details for that error.
