The app stutters very very laggy ,very hard to use very buggy.and also dosent work my Samsung tablet

Used to work great but now app won't even open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled... Still not working ......12/17/16 STILL won't work on my Levono tablet

Upon opening app you immediately get a run time error

After last update is not working anymore

The app is the same as the mobile website and useless. Can't make any changes at All!

When trying to select effective date, the calendar doesn't open enough to choose the day without trying to highlight it and moving the select text bubble down to the date needed. Please fix. Also the user name is case sensitive. I understand the password being case sensitive but not the user name. Other than than would be 5 stars.

Only says its down for maint. Horrible techs!

Quick and easy...haven't had one issue with it. I use it to pay a employees support.

How can I get to the system if it won't connect to the Internet?

Need lots of work on the design/layout, but it does in fact make paying your account on time & more convenient. Screen/windows are just not sized right on my phone, Note 4. 3 stars for convenience & Ease, More when the app design get an overhaul & more 'Material' with a dark theme, too!

This is nothing more than a wrapper for their mobile website accessible through your browser. The website isn't very mobile browser friendly, so same problems exist with the app.

You can't even log in. Tried several times. Then finally went on PC and wal-la magic.

Bank account frozen by CSS a week after using. Never had a a problem before.

What other people said. Mobile wrapper, no design, Yada, Yada, Yada....

It works ok. Didn't have problems with this app yet.

No point and having the app. Always has to sign in every month, can change the effective day when paying. So what is the point in having the app, to say 'it's in the best interest in the child' GTFOH

Its great to make payments and very easy.

Don't bother downloading it. It doesn't work any better than the mobile site. In fact all the app does is display the mobile site. The date effective for the payment only shows the top left of the calendar and won't let you change the date on both my phone and tablet. Guess I'll still have to fire up the computer to get to the dull website to make payments.
