So far the app is nice its just getting my money on my card thats sux. Going on 3 wks no money ?!?! Cant get a live person to answer my calls to find out y, NO MONEY.. UPDATE February 27,17. No issues since all bugs worked out its a very easy and useful app thankful I hv it.

It would be nice to have it consistently remember my login name since I ask it to, instead of forgetting it every two or three logins. That really gets annoying. I really do love that it blocks out part of my login name and that it never remembers my password!!! Thank you for that extra security. Having it remember my login name consistently is the only thing I'd fix. Other than that I love it!

This is the worst app and even worse customer service. I've been hung up on by Ruby 3 times now. I've been on hold for an hour waiting on a supervisor. There is not a decent phone number that gets you to want you need. They charge you a $5 replacement fee for a card when there is nothing wrong with the one you have. Oh the card was compromised, well that's a security issue with you not me.

I used the automatic transfer this month. to try and get it sent to my bank versus this card. Long story short. The money was NEVER sent to my bank. I double checked the routing and account number. everything matches but yet the money isn't in my account. I'm pissed. I tried calling all day yesterday. I could never get a human. I even waited and extra day in hopes and yet. there is nothing. I'm so furious. my daughter needs that money and now it's gone.

I forgot my user name and cant seem to get it sent to my email. It was working fine for 2 days ago. Then all of a sudden my remember button was unchecked. Everytime I try to get it to email it to me it doesnt. Also when I call customer service I cant speak to a real person to save my life. I will give 5 stars if this can be fixes.

A simple yet effective app to keep track of credit card usage. I really like the notification settings where you can be alerted when the card is used without the card physically being theren like Internet charges. Not as many features like other bigger bank apps have, but simple and more importantly stable.

The app is ok. I like being able to see my balance any time. The problem I keep having is every time there is an update the shortcut button on my screen is deleted. So I then have to go and uninstall the entire app and reinstall it to get the shortcut button to reappear. Other than that I've had no problems with the app.

The app doesn't close. .. also can't get notifications of alerts! About deposits, over drafts, and unauthorized use! Fix this! It would be helpful if it did actually work! Why give the option of using it if it doesn't work properly. ?

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Cannot get into online account after changing my password. It says I'm locked out. I call customer service, there is no option to speak with a person. The App is a joke to. System crashes or doesn't close properly. Now I can't get into my mobile app as I'm locked out. I also feel my account is hacked as the security image is different than the one I originally chose. Not even been a month and you have more functional and security issues than NH eppicard ever did since I had them. Thanks for nothing way2go. I will be reporting these issues to the FCC promptly. and any other authority that will listen since your company is a fraud.

I have to keep entering my notices every time I open the app. Also it stays open! It won't close. I have to turn my phone off to log out. I used the log out and it won't close! Please fix the issue. Update it still won't close with out restarting my phone. It will "log out" to main page but then it sits there and won't get completely out of the app. Other then that it is good

Been approved since Oct. 2016. DHS took until Dec. '16 to get money on card. The load date varies since then. Thusly, when I call the number on card, I have to accept .50 being deducted from the card everytime I call, and cannot get a live voice either, then they are snippy saying that i have to go to the the website, TO ZERO AVAIL. The APP reads my info. Is incorrectly entered, yet when I select "forgot passwoord" it reads that I'm at fault entering the req'd info. and doesn't allow me to continue. I breath. Wish I were dead than dealing with this trite BS, then I try again, and again, I installed this APP last month, reinstalled it just now, and still not working. If 0 was a rate able value to give, then I would have given it exactly a big ZERO. The line has been ringing all this time since waking up28 nins. ago, through time I've been writing this . . . still ringing . . . . MAJOR LIFE TIME WASTER.

The app won't even let me register my account not impressed at all. Everytime I call to here balance it keeps giving me menu options. So not happy with anything about the card or the services they offer.

Would be great if I could put more then one card on it. It gives me Balance of my state supplement card but I can't add child's up port card to see its balance

App works great, but your business practices are fraudulent and deserves no excuse especially when your co-workers disrespect me and then they hang up after I try to report misuse of unexplainable fees that is charged to my account Everytime I check my balance or make a call to customer service. You are making no better choices than our lousy president Donald trump. I am filled with disgust on how your business works and so-on..

It was working beautifully, prior to the past week, the app will not login now. Green circle spinning all the time. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice to no avail. Shame, it was really convenient when it worked....

My issues- does NOT alert to added funds or any other thing you check to be notified about, can NEVER speak to someone ( I tried for hours and hours it kept hanging up on me and making me start over). If I wasn't FORCED to use this card for my children's child support I would throw it in the garbage. This company is horrible. I can't even find an atm I won't get charged at. At least my old child support card was usbank safe.. easy to get to our money or withdraw from the card at usbank or a usbank atm. Now I have to pay the unmarked atms 2-4 dollars just to get the funds off the card. RIDICULOUS!

I just downloaded the app today. Created my log in info but it refuses to let me log in. I've tried to log in from the website as well, nope! I've even tried to have it email me the info so I can reset it or fix it. Nope! This is ridiculous! To spend this much time (2hours) trying to get it going is stupid! Now I must contact customer support and probably wait days for a reply!

Give it a huge 0 !!!!!This is the most worthless app I've even had the horror of downloading! Seriously I have recieved a whole $100 in the past 6 month. It doesn't recognize my password half the time I can't even log in because it brings up a different picture then my security picture. Hate this app, hate this program, hate the whole thing! Total waist of time!!!!

The app was really useful until it quit working. I have tried for a week now to log into my account. All that happens when i put in the user name is a green circle spins until it times out.

I have been locked out as it says I entered wrong password. When I do what it says to change password, the account is still locked. I called number and they tell me they don't know anything about the app. I tried deleting app as was told on phone and still locked. I feel frustrated and like I'm at the end of a rope with no assistance from the goprogram or app.

This app usually works but I've installed it on another phone and now when I put in my username it's popping up different images and when it finally get to mines I put in my password but it says it's wrong.

Why can't I manage my bill pay on the app? It is ridiculous that I can only access those options from my PC because it will only work with the internet explorer browser, which most phones do not use. I don't know anyone who uses IE anymore, most people use Google Chrome or Firefox. I only use it for bill pay for this card! Please update the app with it already!!!!

I can't use the app because it has me doing math problems for hours. I can't get to the log in process. I downloaded it 3 diff times and the same thing keeps happening.

I would give this NEGATIVE TEN STARS IF I COULD! The transactions don't match what they are when you call the 800 number. You can't get anyone on the phone when you call. I have money taken from my account and can't find out who took it the app sheds no light on this. This application is a waste of space. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
