Just installed this 12 hours ago and woke up to crash, crash, crash every 5 minutes. I can't use the timer without this. Please fix and I will update review!!

For me works great in my S7 Edge the light in my living room rocks

It works but drains my battery so quickly didn't work for me

Being in a wheelchair this system helps me so very much, it's just amazing. It was a little tricky getting the app installed and set up. A little more user friendly and it would be a full 5 star rating. I have had the app crash a little too often lately, I'm resetting the system every couple if days. Any thoughts?

Keeps crashing. Brings up a crash notification every couple of minutes. Update: I found that if I reinstall the app I can get away with about 12hr before it crashes again on my nexus 6p. BTW, the Ios app for Apple works perfectly... Even more annoying. Update: hasn't crashed yet with recent update. Been about 48hrs....holding my breath.

Once I was finally able to receive the code via text I was able to log in and control my switch. Only took about 3 weeks. On a side note my phone is constantly reporting this as an unstable app which shows 290+ errors in the last 7 days. Please fix your app.

The app would be great if it didn't keep crashing. At least once a day it goes into a restart spiral. I have to go into settings - apps and force stop it. Then clear all the data and re login to get it to work again. A major pain to an otherwise great app and product. Will increase rating if resolved. Update: Latest update seems to have fixed the crashing problem. Raised rating.

The app works ok but it would be better if the outlets had their own clocks. If wifi goes they won't work b/c the app controls the timing.

Extremely shoddy--sometimes works properly, sometimes not. Daylight savings sends this system into haywire. Weeks after the daylight savings adjustment, half of my smart switches are turning on/off at the proper set times, the other half act as if daylight savings didn't take place being exactly an hour off. Poor to say the least

I installed the app two days ago. It has already crashed and refuses to operate correctly. I bought 4 outlets and this app won't even work them. Don't buy this product and if you have my suggestion is to return it.

Connectivity is good. But something is wrong with the plug. Worked once and now turns on but doesn't power anything

It was confusing at first. Non IT personnel will feel like you are buying crab, but when you got it done.. You can't stop playing with it. Thumb up !!

Cant get a account verification text to even use the app. Poorly supported.

Worst wifi outlet ever.

Cannot separate the bulbs in Alexa. I can only turtn the whole switch on or off

Way too many permissions!

The app is not stable.

App is good but unless the receiver is on top of the router it will not hold the signal.

Cannot connect. Cannot re setup the plug. Came to a dark home. Spent good money on this plug.

I just updated my 5 star reviews to a 1 star review. This app DOES NOT WORK. It crashed IMMEDIATELY upon opening and constantly blows up my phone with notifications of "this app has stopped working" even if the app isn't running. Please fix! My $40 smart outlets are worthless right now.

Crashes all the time. Should NOT be trying to run in the background all the time. Deny all permissions when you are not using it!

Your app worked when I downloaded to set the initial timers. Now it "stops working" at all times of day and will not open so I cannot turn the device on when I want it change the timers. Ridiculous.

First time installed and worked fine until yesterday when Sony Android updates trashed it. App hanging etc. Removed, rebooted and reinstalled works OK again.

Worked nicely at 1st, but crashes now. Can't edit now. It needs a fix badly!

Very convenient. Only flaw I can pick out is no 5ghz wifi compatability

This app worked great, but now it won't open at all. *Edit* when I updated the Android OS, it worked again for a day or two, but then started crashing again. Now the only n way it works is if I periodically uninstall and reinstall the app. Super annoying.

It was working great before 5 stars and all, but since the update the app crashes every 2 minutes. Even when the app is closed I still get the messages, and most of the time I can't even open the app.

Issues after a few day. No longer could communicate with the devices from android. Changed to devices that have web systems and Alexa as backups.

Update killed app. A bad joke.
