I just got my car servicing done with cartisan. They were really helpful and completed full servicing of my car in less than 90 minutes. Especially Arshad from cartisan was explaining each and every thing what they were doing and why it is required to do. It helped me a lot and saved a lot of time instead of going to service centre. Forgot to mention this was doorstep service. Thanks to Arshad and cartisan

Cartisan has slowly become useless for customers. One thing is the pricing and other thing is no service on weekends! What is the point in paying 500 rupees for simple cleaning, if you have to skip office and get your car cleaned! I am uninstalling the app straight away.

Cant login with facebook or gmail. Cant signup as a new user. Screen just freezes after I select my car model. And cant surf the app without login. Such an ill thought of design, ill tested app. Just a dead end

They picked up the yesterday and still not delivered. When spoke in the morning they said by 3 they will deliver. But now they are saying that it may require next 24 hours to finish the work. Rediculuos service.

Very good app for service at doorstep and the guys are also good at what they do. I took help of cartisan 2 times and satisfied. Siraj was the person who came and he solved the issue to satisfaction both times.

Customer service is the only good thing about the app. The actual work itself is shoddy and haphazard. The garages they have listed are below par and will unhesitatingly claim everything's fixed when it's actually not. Peg it down to laziness, unlike normal company centres, these guys do not do even the smallest thing outside the ambit of what you're paying for. Tell them to check out the noise from the driver side A pillar after you've bumped the driver side and paid 13k for repair? Bad luck, they don't care, because you're not paying for it. The personal manager you get is a good bit, easy to co-ordinate, no customer care numbers. But the quality of work lets you down, at least when it comes to body shop. Uneven gaps, fading paint patches, misaligned doors, and the ever nodding "sab theek hai" reply.
