About Xend Mobile

The Xend Mobile App allows existing customers book a pick up and manage existing bookings. In the "Book Now" tab, you have the ability to book a pick up at any of your existing addresses on the current day or next day. In the "My Bookings" tab, you have the ability to add remarks or cancel existing bookings. In the Settings, you have the ability to sync your addresses on the app from the addresses located in your account on the web.

I have no bad experience with Xend . Been using their service since 2015 and everything was delivered both MM and Provincial. Partnership with 2go is an added value especially for provincial destination. I dont have to wait for their rider to pick up my packages, instead , i just leave my packages to somebody in my house or office. Very convenient. Be aware their cut off time para hindi ka maabala.

Pinili ko toh kasi sabi ng friends ko okay ang service nyo. Pero 1st transaction ko pa lang ang pangit na! Pinaghintay ako ng rider nyo ng napakatagal binigyan lang ako papel nasusulatan tapos sabi saglit lang daw may idedeliver tapos binalikan ako after 4 hours. Tapos sabi next day delivery, hindi pala! M.mla lang ah. Super disappointed

I have no problem with my packages being delivered on time. They are true to their word after 3 days it was delivered to my loved ones in the province. Very affordable as well. Just a tip if your items are expensive then go for a bigger courier where ur items are insured. So far it is very helpful for me and convenient. Though the tracker is unhelpful but I dont really need it anyway.

I like Xend's services. Mabilis nakakarating sa clients ang packages pero syempre, hindi maiiwasan ang delays. Accomodating customer service thru email and friendly riders. Pero sana i-update na itong app. 2015 pa ang huling update. Minsan kasi hindi nakakarating sa rider na may pickup sila. Ganda sana nitong app at magiging mas useful kung naa-update ng devs.

Worst courier. It takes days for your tracking number to be recognized and probably a couple of years for it to update regarding the status of your shipment. I already received my shipment (it took only 9 days to arrive) but the tracker is showing that it was just picked up from the shipper. 2 other packages are on the way and they are nowhere to be found.

Okay, so this is my first transaction with XEND. I scheduled pick up yesterday and no one shows up. I email the support team and told me reference number were not found in their record! How come? Since they are the one who generates their ref number in their website?! So the result?? they gave me a new one and what worst? They pick up my parcel the another day. So, I gave them another chance. Now, I dropped my parcel at 711. So i've waited 24hrs before checking my tracking number. Now, NOT FOUND. and I dont know where my parcel is. The worst part. MM will take only 1 -2 days. But it is already 3rd day and the client was getting mad at me.. no more 3rd chance XEND. I will change my courier.

It seems n mas mrami ung bad reviews coz mas nagbbgay cla ng comments kesa s mga nakakaranas ng good services, so I will share my positive review here ^^ I give them 4 stars coz mblis ung delivery. 1 day lng tlga ung ETA pag within metro manila and 3 days pag provincial. I have no bad experience with them so far and ung kuyang nagpi-pick up ng items k mbait and understanding. On time dn xa dumating pag afternoon and mnsan maaga pa. About the app tho, it's kinda lacking coz many features are absent.

i have no bad experience with Xend. been using their service to cater my clients and so far so good. they made sure to call me if their rider will be late or wasn't able to show up. next day delivery talaga sila. keep up the good work!

Nightmare, super worse, sa lahat ng dinaan kung courier kayo ang pinaka worseeeee damnnnn, its better to close your company kung ganun kayo sa sobrang bagal!!!! Ok lang sana kung 3 to 5 days delayed but its been 10 days na ano nangyari!!! Kahit manlang my update kayo kung saang hopalop na ang package pero wala laging in transit!!!!!Dapat nga walang star dapat jan negative zero!

We schedule pick up for a reason, and we alot that time waiting because its important that the package gets delivered. Sana may system doon sa app telling us if the package cannot be picked up on that day. We know that the work your doing is hard but we also have a business to uphold.

I should have listened to previous reviews. This service is garbage! I can see this issue with your tracker has been going on for a while and looks like xend is not doing anything. Very hard to track the documents i delivered to my client. And even when i called, the operator seems to be having a hard time locating where my items are. Very mediocre system and sad part is, people seems to be ok with it.

This app and the company itself is going downhill.. Can't book on this app for days... I now rarely use their service because, there are a lot of cheaper alternatives. P40-50 only. When xend charges P69.. W/ the same service. Before they only charge 60.. Instead of being competitive, or i may say match their other competitors, xend increased their fee.. Thats what i think is a bad move in business.. I hope you lower your fees.. Match their price or tou will be out of business soon...

This is frustrating. Set your customers expectations right. Very disappointing. Waited and till now, no one showed up.

I have no complaints! They never miss a booking schedule, friendly staff and fast shipping. Im surprised this app has a lot of complaints. Glad I tried it first! :)

I'm rating it 5 stars eventhough I haven't asked for pickup for now. So far narereceive ko naman lagi mga deliveries agad. I noticed na maraming nagrate ng mababa, because most likely yung may complains lang ang nagrrate dito. Sa totoo lang kahit anong courier naman makaka-experience ka once in a while ng ganito. I've been using this other courier na mura and most of the time ok naman sila but there will be times na hindi nasusunod ang 1day delivery etc.

It was fine at first but after that it's just stuck on the loading screen. I ended up checking on the desktop site anyway. This app and the system overall needs improvement, there are little to no editing options and the tracking isn't as updated as it's supposed to be.

The App says the booking and canceling pick ups are successful but the courier still go to my house even if I cancel or don't go for pick up even if I have successfully booked a pick up. Can't track any of my shipment, too! Deleting this app. It's total waste of space!

App is easy to use for booking and adding new address but the scanner for thw barcode on the lower portion isn't working correctly. (by scan or by typing the tracking numbers) it's ALWAYS not found but when you try to log to a browser that tracking numbers is searchable. I hope they could fix it

Kaya nga ako nagpasched ahead of time kase I have other plans din. And may lakad ako kinabukasan. Sana lang, if ever hindi makarating yung magpickup, inotify yung shipper. Para hindi nauubos yung oras kakahintay. Kakaloka.

Maayos naman experience ko xend. Yung mga transactions nasesend naman, well delay delay lang minsan kasi hindi lang naman isang tao ang katransact ng xend. Very affordable pa :)

Kuya is very friendly and nice and always try to accommodate my needs (the packs & paper to fill up). There's just one time that the delivery guy was late (they usually arrive at 2-3pm but that day he arrived at 6-7pm). Cust services were nice and somewhat helpful over the phone. So as of now, i don't hsve any problems with Xend.

Before i rated it 5... but now what's happening with xend? Walang dumadating to pick up... almost 2 weeks ng paulit ulit na pagbook before dumating. And 1 week na wala pa sa pasay ung shipment. Nakakasira ng reputation sa clients.

I can't book using this app. I used to just book pick ups using this app but then some time later when I try to book it just keeps showing error. I have no problem with Metro Manila shipments but for provincial, the tie up with 2GO worse that took for 2GO to deliver was 2 weeks.

The service of this courier really sucks! Most of their delivery man are not familiar with the different places here in Manila. It is such a waste of time if you are going to ship your item with Xend. Their customer service also sucks. They are not that responsive when you try to contact them. You will just wait for a long time for them to deliver the item. Worst is, there are times that they will not deliver your item to you anymore. This is how their service works! I am really disappointed with Xend! Will not ship any item with you anymore.

Update - App OK to book pickup but USELESS tracker coz it only updates after package alrdy rcvd, if at all. Xend has BIG provincial delivery prob, pls bring back LBC partnership. Disc coupon incentive long absent, pls bring back. Xend's Chuck, Leo & Julius OK…if not for them, bye Xend.

Late pick up, late online update. Unreliable delivery. I want to have a good courier with Xend but it only ruins my reputation from clients. My client is crom Pasay only it took her 1month to get the item. Not mentioning other provincial clients that had been angry because of the delays. Please provide at least a reliable service.

Tracking in-app always prompts "server request failed". I still have to go to the website which makes the app useless.

I downloaded the app bec I'm planning on shipping my goods through Xend. it's a good thing I read the reviews first and boy, oh boy! what an eye opener they were! more than a hundred reviews gave a low rating and ALL of them complained the exact same thing. looks like I'll have to stick with the reputable courier services for now. kahit na mas mahal, at least reliable.

Look elsewhere guys. (1) Cust Svc is unresponsive and incompitent. (2) Multiple missing packages. (3) Inaction to complaints. (4) Unauthorized personnel picking up packages. (5) Late deliveries.

Maganda sana sa simula pero habang tumatagal laging late na nga ang pick up tas i have also experienced na walang dumating dalawang beses! Grabeee. Sana naman alam ng costumer nyo kung may dadating pa ba na courier o hindi kesa umaasa kame
