I would really LOVE to use this... If I could post anything. I'm very new, but I try to make a post and it won't upload unless I do it through chrome. Is this a bug? Help please!

Most of the inapp downloads fail... Have to open the thread in browser for a successful download.

It has advantages and disadvantages over using a browser. If you regularly visit xda forums it gives you quick access to your bookmarked threads. Something you could just bookmark in your browser. But you can navigate the forum pages quickly. However it doesn't work with the 'show/hide' buttons that a lot of devs use to shorten posts so some threads look a mess. Needs work to be better than a browser.

Installed it when I joined XDA so I could track a thread. Ask the dev questions, get notified when he answered. But you can't post using the app. Keep getting an error. Tried rebooting, clearing cache. Still have to post from my PC. Nexus 6

App is pretty functionality yet often unstable..! Even on doing basic operations like Multi quote doesn't always, Quote the post I selected and often crashes which doing it. Tried to report this in forum and they ask me to install seperate debug version and capture log..! Mechanism should be easier...

Not so great. No options for threads. I'm always presented with the first post, even if I've read that thread a dozen times. Unless I participate in the thread and read it from that tab = stupid! Sad, the old app had setting for threads, guess this is modern progress = take control away from the user.

Media server wakelock if app is not killed. Because of adds application has huge idle drain and never go to sleep. This is big fail xda when the f**k are you going to fix it? I'm reporting so long time. Do It.

Useless. When developers hv no time to help us then why should we download this app... I asked many times VOLTE update for Vibe P1a42... But no response..

Too many crash when doing multi quote. Please kindly fix it. Also the text formating is all messy when thread read in app, but okay when using browser.

App crashes more often than it actually works, takes me like 3 clicks to open a single thread and most of the time it just says error and brings me to the default view on the app. I use xda a lot but this app just isn't worth it, I prefer the browser.

It's great to keep track of threads and participate while in the road. Too bad that I bought Premium and in this version I still get Ads

Everything works well but there are some issues with post formatting. The hide tags don't seem to work and some other minor formatting issues. Other than that the app functions great and does everything I need it to

Why on earth this app restarts when you come back from external apps? I love the app but thats frustrating. Eg: open a link within XDA, come back and restarted.

As long as there is no custom signature (or "byline" as you seem to call it) available, this one star will remain very lonely. Allow me to explain! XDA is about open development and creating a unique Android experience for everyone. Why is it that, something as unique as a signature, cannot be modified in the in-house app of world's greatest open source community? It isn't possible in the full version either. Edit: also, no decent tag wrapping (like Tapatalk has), FC on multi quote (!!) and no ability to find a user's posts. Such rudimentary elements missing, shame.

Awesome app, people rating it negative should understand that it is only a way to access forums not root, develop or something else. It cannot feed your kitten.

Can't post, first time trying to post with the app and I can't... I wrote up my entire post and the submit button does nothing but make a click noise. Another reviewer also has this issue. Guessing it's new with last update? Pixel XL

The XDA app will reliably BREAK backups done with adb backup or Helium backup on non-rooted devices at least. If you try to back it up, the backup will STALL indefinitely.

I've been using this app for a month now and although it requires a bit of work to make it awesome in every aspect, it is still much better than the Tapatalk app I've been using for years. Thank you XDA. A good app finally from my favorite forum on internet :)

This app has soo many issues. when ever i open the app it keeps on loading. I can't post, i cannot reply.....also the link that are redirected from my browser do not open.

My device is Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0" 3G (GT-P3100 - espresso3g), but XDA app tell that my device is SS Galaxy Tab S2 and I cannot correct this info. Please check and fix it. Thanks!

I'm putting in my username and password correctly but the app says invalid username or password. I tried logging in via the browser and it works just fine.

It's OK. I dislike the fact that when I'm on the app and switch to another app and come back, this app like basically resets itself and I have to start my search all over each time...Very annoying...

The app takes time to load the content which I hate the most. For using this app you have to be patient. And it does not even detect the phone properly.

Forces you to download another non-play store version to get rid of ads. I'd even pay to get rid of them and keep the play store version.

Not able to quote properly. Sometimes the app crashes or sometimes it quotes someone else. Pls fix asap, great app though.

I'm not able to use this :( It keeps loading and loading. I use G+ to sign in sir. I'm using Grand Duos GT-I9082 with Marshmallow (custom) rom.
