Low res maps, no way to search info, no link between animals and maps... i cannot believe the app is this bad. A shame. Do not waste your cash.

Such a disappointment. It did not track our location, when I would try to zoom in the map turned blurry. Overall, it sucked. Do not waste your money on this

Getting this app or buying a map at the zoo ($5) will help them. The app itself works fine, except the fact that the map is hard to read on a phone screen. Includes a daily schedule for feeding demos and things. Use it.

I really wanted a map we could use of the park maybe even with gps on showing us where we were and where to go but nothing of the sort. Only good thing on it I found was the daily schedule

I've been a to actually open the app twice since I paid for it...I tried to use it at the zoo it wouldn't work...get home to mi it worked 2 times now crashes on the panda loading screen!!! A waste of my money!....seriously disappointed since it's by the Smithsonian and I had to pay for it! My daughter was really disappointed. ..

I downloaded and paid for this app just for the sake of watching the Panda mother and cubs. I love watching the live cam 24/7....I'm addicted and absolutely love it! 5 stars all the way!!!! :-)

Has something happened to this app? I can no longer get it to work on my android phone. There's no way to run an update? If I reinstall do I have to pay again?

I was able to get the map to zoom by double tapping the map and then using my thumb and forefinger to change the zoom level. I am hoping the GPS is working when we take my daughter for her first ever visit.

Buy the map for $1 more AT the zoo. It will get you where you want simply and quickly. After distracting my zoo visit with trying to get this app to guide and inform...I gave up. Then I saw the sign for $3 maps and kicked myself for buying the App instead of the map. One star is for the list of daily feeding times and events. Otherwise it's a useless app.

The GPS on the map worked once the whole day. The map kept jumping around when you tried to zoom in and when you did zoom in the icons were fuzzy so you had to keep going to the descriptions to know what was where...we would have been better off buying the paper map for $3 than spending $2 on this.

Quite possibly the worst app I have ever downloaded. The map is terrible. If you wanted to donate money to the zoo, there are other ways.

I should have read reviews before installing. Map is horrible, to the point of being useless. This app is definitely not for use while actually at the zoo. It is neither intuitive nor interactive. I don't recommend it. The only reason I gave one star is because zero or half star rating is unavailable.

The website is better then this. The map is horrible. You cant access the tours unless you are a fonz member. The locations dont work. The information is out of date. Wish i had read the reviews before i bought it. So disappointed by the zoo for charging for this.

Map is low resolution and cannot be used unless you zoom in at which point the image gets pixelated. Poor execution. Some information is inaccurate or out of date. I did not use it at all but opted to navigate with the posted maps in the park.

Worst app used so far!! I wasted money on this app, won't use it for free. Isn't there minimum qualification before an app is launched in app store?

While it can use a design update, performance and bug refresh for the latest Android API, and is a bit slow at times yet I have yet to see a crash while on Wifi. The map should be a vector graphic instead of the lower resolution image used, but zooming is possible though it is less fluid than other apps you may have used. Try double tapping if you cant get finger pinch to work at first.

Will this app get Android Lollipop?

Map doesn't locate your GPS (even though it says it will). Waste of money. Save the $1.99 towards your purchase of an actual map for $5. They should remove this from the Play Store.

Worst than any free app I have downloaded. The map is basically a picture of a map. GPS function doesn't work. I am seeking refund.

Got this for chaperoning a school trip. The teacher gave out prints of the map that she got from the internet that were more helpful than this app. The map on the app didn't even fill the screen, didn't zoom and was so covered in dots for the exhibits that you couldnt see what any of them represented. It wouldn't geo-locate. Only some of the times were listed for some events, and one of the animals the kids specifically wanted to see hadn't been there for months, but the app didn't say that.

- Map is not interactive - No zoom or GPS tracking of your position - Major Events are not updated - No updates on Parking availability. Overall, it was useless when I visited the Zoo. The $3 physical map was more useful than this App.

Would be alright if it were free. Costs a dollar less than a paper map, which is quite a bit more useful. Map has "GPS," but it never worked for me. Doesn't track your location, even though I think it's supposed to. Only bit that was handy was the tour listing and feeding times, but overall not at all worth it. Just get a paper map.

This app is awful. First off, I got it primarily for the use of the map and the map is terrible quality. When you zoo in nothing is legible because it's so blurry. It would have been nice to have a higher quality map. The second thing I hated about this app is the fact that it would have issues and need to close every single time j tied to reopen it after using another app or even just turning off my screen for a few minutes. It's awful and not even a good free app, let alone the fact that I paid $1.99!!

Downloaded mostly for the map and to search specific animals. The map had GPS on yet I couldn't see my location so all it did was use battery. Map quality is terrible so if that's what you're getting the app for, pay an extra dollar for a paper map. Waste of money really. Also would force close everytime I tried to open it after locking my phone or clicking the app icon.

The only reason I needed this was to understand how to get around the zoo and this app did not help me at all. It never was able to locate me and it was always 20 minutes late on my position.
