Have the software installed on mutiple devices and once the access points are setup you can never access them again. You hit search for access point and it just comes back blank even though im connected to the SSID of the device. If I reset the AP back to default then it sees the device but I shouldn't have to do that every time I want to make a change.

Just getting onboard with the low raters, because I find myself outside of the office thinking it would be really nice if Harmony was just a representation of Cloud Manager. Want good ratings? Change it! Easy! And that password prompt... away with it.

Web works fine, can't access the ap from the app.. Also useless need of a password. Should use your account.

Configured network via app and now can't get harmony to recognize AP even though I'm connected to it. How frustrating. I'll stick with Ruckus unleashed.

E70%
by E####:

Useless. Finds AP then just hangs on loading. Just use the web interface, which is basic (no 802.1x for example) but does have the advantage that it actually works.

Just says loading and then crash.

Comes up constantly stating "loading" but never does anything. Had to setup AP via Web interface. Good AP, crap software.

Just got the xclaim xi-1. Neither the Web based nor this works. I don't know why ruckus decided to change from the browser based lan setup, which is standard to this annoying method of setting up! up all night frustrated.

Horrible solution. Does not allow configuration of xclaim AP . Just lost money attempting to install this at a customer site.

Works. You need to go to xclaim forums to understand how this functions.

And it still crashes after you've set it up... If you manage to get that far.

T70%

Complete shite. Can't get this thing to recognize it's own APs, and the couple times over the course of two days that it has been able to see them, it's either frozen, or failed to push the configuration.

T70%

Great AP ruined by an almost unusable app what should have taken 30 mins took 5 hours because of it

T70%
by T####:

Has been absolutely useless, couldn't not have gotten as far as I have without SSH

E70%
by E####:

Just hangs on AP Loading. As this is the only interface for the hardware I can't believe this app is so bad!

T70%

Have had to reinstall app again and again. Have to reset AP then reinstall App. Use the Web browser setup and dump the App.

I tried to use this with the Xclaim XI-1 and it refused to work. I had to reset the access point manually 3-4 times to get the app to load. When it did, it still wouldn't create the access point to use.

Q70%

I select my ap and it just says "loading" forever. No ui other than app until manually ssh in and upgrade firmware.

Wouldn't work at first. Just reset the unit a few times. Was worried, but it came to.

I'm currently have 10 AP trying to get them to update so I can get Web Access, 1. can't get them to update immediately even after they are in a network made by the app 2. app won't recognized AP if you change Ip to static ON THE SAME subnet. 3. lots of other time consuming problem.

Having resold a variety of cost effective wifi solutions over the last 10 years XClaim out performs them all by far! Probably due to being built by Ruckus Wireless!
