Apps crush sometime and i would like to request to developers please solve below problems, 1. For 25, 36 and 64 channel NVR, camera not swipe to next after 16 cameras. 2. Apps crush often 3. Digital zoom not work properly Advice: please follow the xmeye apps. This app is totally bug free.

Hadn't used this for a while as it didn't really work, after finding a firmware update for the NVR, the app is working ok

Updated version 7.1.16 works, it does not support Celcom in Malaysia because celcom had blocked P2P.

Terrible application, the whole reason for the IP cameras for me was to view them remotely, I am now going to have to replace the whole system. Do not purchase as you will be wasting your money. Sorry to the manufacturers but you have failed your customers badly.

App is not working. Cannot connect on cameras. Keep asking for credentials although i am logged in already.

The app is ok but lasr upgrade to Zxtech mini has removed motion detection, how stupid is that!

Preview setting gone after restart. Last channel always flickering....

Constantly crashing. Works ok for a day or so then crashes. Last update has been terrible for IPhone.

It's a bit dodgy when an app asks you to update using unknown sources. If yours isn't working make sure you press on the ticks for the channels. A tick doesn't mean it's selected it means you have to press it to select it in this developer's mind!

After spending hundreds of British Pounds on cameras that were linked to this Freeip app, they worked fine for the first 9 months with the old system. Now for the last 6 months I've had to endure this pathetic excuse for professional software. As others have said works one day, not the next. Classic case - today installed the latest update from yesterday. Now I can't even login any more. Can't request a forgotten password, Cant register a new account, nothing. What is the point of releasing a new update if you haven't at least tested it. I think the camera manufacturers should employ a professional IT developer to come up with a reliable remote app

App.works 1 day and not the next day... only way to get app to work again is to reboot the dvr. I have to reboot dvr at least once a day for app.to work. any help please...

I have been trying to make this app work on my mobile network absolutely pants .only seems to work on WiFi 70 percent of the time .very disappointed with it.

P2P still does not work, terrible tech support, app full of bugs, very disappointed with company manufacturing the products as they are one of the biggest security manufacturers in China. How can you NOT hire a good developer for app when products are good. One of the most important part of security is being able to monitor remotely.

App updated but still not connecting.. No help on what to do.. Very poor customer service..

Could someone tell me why my cams keep going off line and i can not access them for a few days every week. Does the server keep going down or are they doing maintenance on it all the time?

Server error message for days now and this seems to be the only four to comment. Will it be fixed or shoukd I download a different app

Bring back old version. This is terrible. New set up is not very user friendly. Better instructions needed. Not good

Playback is not accessible, just closes as soon as opened. When accessing playback from home vdu selection of motion detection recording is not possible. Only plays in sequence.

It's free, so fair enough, but it randomly shows cameras offline even though they're not. And the server has been completely offline for a good few days now. Anyone recommend a different app?

The app itself is very slow in terms of performance. Playback option doesn't work well. It keeps saying offline even though it is connected to the wifi.

I haven't been able to log in for about 3 weeks now and when i could log in before that it kept saying camera offline total waste of an app!!
