Keeps getting timed out. One minute it works and the next it doesnt. Everything is hooked up and restarted numerous times and nothing is working!! Never will I repurchase.

Constant crashes during zoom in, time stamp somehow keeps getting a hour behind needed to be updated/fixed daily, and not sure if it a camera or software issue but trying to manually loop record 24/7 on SD but record button keeps randomly shutting itself off after a hour or two, leaving me to constantly check if its still recording or not. I still havent proved if loop record will even works either. It shuts off to much. Just glichy software and not recommended if you need more then real time survalence.

I think they need a major overhaul

Works great, at first worked all the time. Now I can view the feed 1 to 3 times before I start getting the "network connection timed out" error. Not even closing the app or force stopping helps. I have to restart my phone every time this happens. Whatever you did with the update you need to undo!

I had contacted camera support and they fixed the network problem. UX can be improved a lot. "Network error" message does not tell you if it's camera or device problem. Only allows one client per camera.

It Hasn't been working properly, for days! I have to select modify, then save, & it will temporarily connect... I get "the calling is busy" & A black screen instead of A video feed, My Cameras WiFi list Shows no names, just signals, & the cameras reboot, & lose synch... Sadly, This has become UNACCEPTABLE...

Tragic waste. Can't even get past the install. With all the bad reviews I am just gonna Chuck it.

Crashes all of the time

Always seems to crash. Has fits where you can't open for a whole day.

It's a good start but a key feature is missing. If an alarm is triggered I get a notification but no video or image to view. I know the image/video was captured because I was able to view them once I removed the SD card. Also when in manual mode there is no video record button, only a capture image button. I'll revise my review once this app is fixed. One other issue ... I'm unable to change the admin password.

Where's the record button? I don't see a record button to started recording.
