None of my audio works for some reason but the picture is great on my S6 please help

Stuck on step 4-6 and had to go back to 4-1 multiple time but nothing happens.

1. I already followed alarm manual. my model is SP012 and should support micro SD. App -> record settings "No SD card found", but there is sd card in it. I tried different SD cards from 2 to 8GB...What cards does it support? It already has the latest firmware. Doesn't matter, I seen it back to shop. I will buy a better Cam, no sannce.

Keeps on saying CONNECTION ERROR, CONNECTION FAILED, everytime I open this app. I bought these device (sricams) to check my baby every now and then. But the major update u had (change of UI and VERSION or everything )are merely USELESS... mics are not functioning now. They cant hear my voice. PLease do something on this! I love the app honestly but pls FIX THIS. THANK YOU

The app is alright but found the colours are all weird. My black sofa is showing purple. My friend got two of these and has same issue so not sure it's a cam issue or software colour issue. Also would be great if I had the ability to manually toggle day and night mode myself instead of the cam doing it auto all the time. And I would like to have the sharing option for What's app or export to file on phone for recordings and screenshots from cam.

I used to have your older generation cameras that allowed you to use IP forwarding via my router . Which allowed me to use ip viewer pro. Your new cameras don't allow customizing anymore I ended up buying eight of them on my new home but I'm stuck using your application which is very limited You need to get with it. IP viewer Pro allows you to view multiple cameras at once if you can't do the software right then make your cameras compatible with other software. Or add there features to your own software. Or at least have tech instructions too allow us access using other apps. Also a better web interfave for pc needs to be designed what good are security cameras if u cant view all at the same time.

If I'm connected to the same WiFi network and open the app it says, CONNECTION TIMED OUT. If I acces the app through mobile data, it is normal. Please let me know how to fix this issue.

Poor insecure app. Requires registration with sricam service that should not be necessary. Sends userid and password over to sricam and I wonder what else. Is it spyware?

Slow, unresponsive, frustrating, rubbish really!!! Connects to camera then hours later it shows as disconnected. The app is sooooo slow when it does actually ocasionally decide to work. Selecting Record function or alarm function never works. All I get is whirlygigs. It's just not responding. Okay, so I took out the sd card to format it and it wouldn't format. Tried a different on (formatted) and the app works now!!!! So the app couldn't cope with a faulty sd card. The camera is now recording. I'll be watching to see the results over the next few days and whether I can view it on my phone from work.

It works great and I can clearly monitor my home from anywhere at any time. The picture is clear crisp full HD color video with sound that comes through clear and fully understandable, and you can talk to the people in the video and tell them that lawenforcement officers are almost there if it is your in-laws.

Such a crappy app, terrible graphics, although I kind of liked it ONLY BECAUSE I CAN ONLY GET ON SOME CAMERAS ONLY. Every time I create a password for my camera, it says something like Password error. I forgot something, a lot of TYPOS. Back to the password error, I even use my old password for the same camera. Fix the problem, add better graphics, and reduce typos (better if no typos) and I'll give a better rate. If is the same or worse whatsoever, the rate will go down.

The app is crushing on my Samsung S7 edge, and on S4! It used to work before! Tried to reinstall the app, but it crashes again! Please advice for sollution. Without the app the camera is useless...

Would be better if you could capture screenshots and videos on playback to save to another device. Also a fast forward button on playback would help alot when viewing footage. Yoosee has better playback functions

PLEASE, PLEASE, Reinstate the Alarm Display and Counter in the Device List! It is essential to have an instant overview of which Camera is alarming and how many times! Especially true when you have several Cameras. Please bring this feature back in the next Version?

Since the recent update, when moving camera its very jittery and takes a while to register any movement. Please sort. It worked brilliantly before this recent update.

Feed poor after update. After opening app using Samsung s6 camera images apear but they've are frozen images. And the clock has disappeared !

If like me you where considering buying a Sricam from Amazon and as suggested on the listing installed this App to `watch live demo` then you will be disappointed as it not work; from this I assume the Sricam cameras are just as unreliable?

Your latest update has messed up the time setting ability. When I try to correct the time, I find the new way very restrictive, you can't change much and what you can do only puts the time 1 hour ahead of actual time or 1 hour behind. It also had Wi-Fi and wired issues, one being the camera goes offline and stays there until you unplug it from the wlan/Ethernet port and then plug it back in. The audio is awful, it has constant white noise in it for no apparent reason, weather it's Wi-Fi or Ethernet. The security feature of a combined ipcamer system just has constant spinning buffer circle. If I had any idea of all these issues before hand, I would never of bought one, but at the moment necessity overrules my decision, for now. The APK file you asked me to use is corrupt, that's what I got.

I have fitted 2 cameras at two different places.I am unable to see both the windows simultaneously at a time in the android app .What should I do?

The app requires registration. I have already registered before but can not login. I reset the password many times still does not login. Why do you insist on forcing people to register if your app will not login. The cameras are low quality and the app the same. Avoid this brand spend a bit more for a reliable brand. I wasted few hundred dollars on useless products
