Subscription to this app is about $1600 per year or $3000 Plus per year for the mobile app so if you're looking for something that's cheap this is not it

Will not open. Reinstalled 4 times. when I click on it, it opens up and shuts down.

Slow. Can't log in without Internet. Photos hang device. Only works OK on iDevice. And this from an Apple hater.

Installed. Gave you my info. Logged in on web browser fine. App refused my login...no instance of ID found. I can't even use the app. 1 star until this horse figures out how to leave the gate...

It baffles me that Xactimate can't make even bearable mobile app for Android. Especially , even this future is all about mobile.

Gets better every year

Sketching made easy and mobile which cuts the wasted time in office out.

Great access when out on a job, but I prefer to use my desktop for writing an estimate.

Awesome for labeling photos on the go. You can use the voice feature on your device to label photos.

Liking it so far, just haven't had an opportunity to really dig into it, but from what I've experienced, it's awesome...

Seems to get better with each update, but that's mostly concerning the stability and overall functionality. Don't play that down because speed and reliability are highly important. Still needs to accept Bluetooth laser measuring devices, sketch cam needs major overhaul, and the ui for changing wall measurements needs to be easier/ faster. Stop zooming in to ridiculous levels, and make a "save" button other than having to find the tiny icon somewhere on the screen.

This application really makes a difference in logging, assesing, and reporting a cohesive final product for all parties involved.

Tried to get a couple quick prices had to set up a whole project. Then projects saved to cloud and couldn't open. Tried on numerous occasions. To restrictive and not very user friendly

It sucks you cant login with out calling a 800number and then its a 30 day free trial base so after that you cant log back in.

I updated and now it won't let me sign in at all. It asks for log in info, and as soon as I fill it in it says updating your info then goes back to sign in! Extremely frustrating. Galaxy note edge (4)

Doesn't incorporate real world scenarios, dealt with by real adjusters. Needs to mimic ease and functionality of the desktop app.

Photos crashes app constantly, room sketch using dimensions occasionally drops a 12'x12' vs dimensions entered, when photos is operational thumbnail is not viewable needs to be downloaded for each photo which is time consuming love the app wish it were more reliable!

The newest updates have come a long ways, and the app is becoming comfortable to use, but it is now crashing every time I attempt to open a file created on a computer. Needs help.

To be really useful it needs to be usable offline with ability to upload claim later.

The sketch feature is flawed. It's not very easy or efficient to use. Certainly is not worth the price. Crashes frequently as well. Nothing like working on something and just losing it altogether!

Galaxy Note 10.1- Android 4.1.2 Not terribly impressed on first estimate attempt using XM8 mobile. App failed to save my sketch first attempt then crashed multiple times when editing an item calculation. "Roll Bar" dimension entry method is clunky- what's wrong with a keypad? This does not look good as a field usable app to streamline estimating particularly at the high additional subscription cost.

The app is constantly improving. Makes scoping a loss very simple and straightforward. The way the app presents the information is very intuitive.

This saves me so much time on small losses and bids. Keep up the good work.

Improvements to the app are fantastic, and has a very good design/layout

This is just a rename for the old app xactscope no major features added that should make it called XM8 mobil its pretty lame and i cant use it to complete the estimate a-z you will still need the desktop. I believe this app should be provided free with a regular subscription, 53 dollars a month is a ripoff. Symbility actually did come with full version of their desktop app for mobile and its more stable too. (Maybe that's why xactimate felt they need to rename) NO COPY PASTE symbility has now copy paste
