bitwarden Password Manager for Android
Used to be great but last few versions won't even start. Update November 2017: Tried again and works perfectly. New additions of cards, notes etc was the only feature I was missing from lastpass. The devs follow up on issues and really seem to care. My default password manager across everything now.
This is an excellent password manager. I have tried many and of all this is the best. One change I'd like to see is to allow the master password to be shown while it's being entered to avoid errors when entering on small screens. I'm not sure how auto correct of passwords works but it could be a security risk.
Very good password manager all around. My only complaint is that you cannot search the vault for credentials from the first screen that pops up when the application cannot find a direct match automatically.
Use it! While it's still missing a few pieces from LastPass it's almost there. The individual pricing is a bit weird too, but 5 users for $12/year? Brilliant!
I did have a problem several days ago. But now after some help from everyone to do with the app I can say it work and the app is very helpful to me.
Amazing LastPass alternative. Used LastPass for 3+ years, but the latest price jumped quickly deterred me. This seems to function just as well, if not better. Sharing feature works well also.
Opened and used one folder but now cannot open any more. When app opened the screen goes directly to my one folder which is fully usable I can open new folders but cannot use them. There is no sign of the original choice of folders given after the app was installed.
Good app overall. A couple nitpicks: doesn't learn app-to-URI associations automatically and doesn't work with Firefox or Samsung Internet.
Since last update, I can't perform action (like see or copy value) when I tap in password or user field, nothing happen. The app has became useless with this bug.
Fantasic, simple, clean and easy to use and no ads! Great way to store you passwords. Hopefully the developer(s) continue to update and improve the app for the future when we have S20s and Iphone 20s
Tried to create an account. My master password is 14 characters and it kept telling me my master password must be at least 8 characters. Waste of my time.
Re my previous feedback. Help from staff solved most of the problems so have now upgraded feedback to 4.
Used for several months lastpass, 1password and ended up using bitwarden. And am really satisfied with the app/addon even signed up for the premium just to support the cause. Kudos!
+Very noob friendly + Overall excellent password manager +free +open source +No ads +addition of 2FA so quickly is appreciated - Bring tags/categories instead of folders since a single item can be associated/searched from diff categories based on context -share the categories & app/URL associations with other users -autofill is neither as good nor as reliable as lastpass(despite its other problems) -Badly needs a keyboard(preferably with swipe) for directed input to fields like lastpass/keepass especially on mobiles -still a short while away from becoming lastpass/keepass replacement as yet *2FA Needs own authenticator esp for push auth. *Please add more payment options. Only creditcard & paypal are available *please make the keyboard available ASAP please. #Will gladly pay for such features especially to get rid of lastpass
Does the job perfectly ! well, it DID now it's very unstable, locking up and eating my battery...
The best password manager i've ever used It will be so nice if you improve the UI as nice as Dashlane
It's nice, it needs to give the notification to copy the username and password. Instead of only through the Android accessabilty settings
Excellent. Opensource, similar to LastPass but cleaner and free. Best find this year. BTW will seamlessly import all your LastPass stuff.
Love it, please keep up the good work and keep updating... Simple/ clean and makes managing passwords a joy.
The user experience is fast, responsive, and very friendly. Switched from LastPass and I'm not turning back.
Excellent App!!! It has everything to admin your passwords from everywhere! And ir Is true....free great features!!
Out of the dozen password managers I've used this by far is the best, thank you
Fantastic app. Switched over from last pass and would never go back.
Very good tool to manage password between pc and mobile phone
Goodbye Lastpass!
Excellent app with outstanding support from 8bit Solutions. Thanks for the bug fix!
Best password manager at the moment. Should be more famous... :)
Extremely good and completely free, nothing to complain
Thanks!
The best open-source password manager
The best password manager around.
Near perfect!!!!
Pretty goooooood
Superb
Was ticked when LastPass decided to double their price without even an email. Searched and tried others, just didn't do the job to my liking. I finally found Bitwarden, a small and not much reviewed alternative. I could not be happier. It is by far the best password manager I have tried and it just works, period. If you are looking for a password manager to replace yours, then your search is over. Even paid for premium, not bad cause I needed the extra features that the free version doesn't have, but to just help support development. Love it.
Very impressive so far. I upgraded to premium right away. Works so much better than LastPass and they just doubled their prices! Keep up the great work!
Does what it says on the tin and does it well.
I love it because looks good, works well, and is open source.
Great app and excellent communication with the developers!

I really like the app. Clear UI and easy to use. But there are two things that should be improved: 1. Autocorrect for password input. At the moment autocorrect is enabled for password inputs. That shouldn't be the case, I think. 2. It would be great if it was possible to create and delete folders in the App. Right now that appears to be limited to the web UI. Other than that, thank you for a great app! EDIT: The second point is already resolved. I just didn't find it. Thanks for the fast response! EDIT #2: Issue #1 was fixed. Now it's definitely 5 stars.
