About Fitness: 12 Week Challenge
12 Week Challenge is ther for you to lose weight, get fir and look great. We offer you a way of creating your own routine but still keeping the target area for the day in mind. You will start off by filling in your details and obtaining your bmi and fat % count. Also you will need to upload your before image. Once your profile is setup then you can staart the fun. Start with Day 1 and complete the requirements for a upper body training day. Choose between the range of exercises and do atleast 2 per target area.
It is guarenteed that if you complete our 12 week challenge that you will have fun, learn alot and be able to reach that goal body that you always wanted. So what are you waiting for... Let's get started.
