اردو و پولیس و نیروهای امنیتی کشور بازوهای قدرتمند وطن برای حفاظت از ارزشها، جان و مال و ناموس، تمامیت ارضی و امنیت وآسایش مردم هستند. هر ملت و هر حکومتی بدون داشتن اردو و پولیس مقتدر و توانمند و فداکار، به هیچ صورت نمی توانند به حیات خود ادامه بدهند. سربلندی ملت ها و دولت ها وابسته به نیروهای امنیتی و نظامی فداکار و دلیری است که این ملت ها و دولت ها را به کمال و اقتدار و سربلندی می رساند و همین گونه سرشکستگی هر ملت و دولتی نیز زمانی است که نیروهای امنیتی و نظامی آنها به هر نحوی کارآیی لازم را نداشته باشند و به وظایف خطیرشان عمل ننمایند. در تاریخ ملت ها، شواهد روشنی وجود دارد که هر ملتی که به سربلندی و عظمت رسیده، از تلاش نیروهای نظامی فداکار و کسانی بوده است که جان شان را در کف نهاده و برای پیشرفت، تعالی و رفاه و عظمت ملت شان تلاش و کوشش نموده اند
وما هم مدیون فداکاری های نیروی مسلح کشور خود هستیم قدرت مند باد نیروهای مسلح کشور وسرافراز باد ملت شهید پرور ما وآباد باد مهین عزیز ما افغانستان Army and police and security forces, powerful arms to protect home values, life, property and honor, territorial integrity and security of people's welfare.
