Hi i haverecharged my account 3-4 times thru scratch card but the balance is getting lost somewhere can you check as i have not even used it. The service is really getting pathetic day by day no support i have sent so many emails no reply is there your app is getting worst of all. I need my balance back and do that urgent on my account.

I am unable to register my buzz app on my new phone, Infinix note2 Lte, having marshmallow android version. Please help in getting register so that i can use this app to make some international calls or refund my purchased WT card.....! Ammad

I am not able to register in my new samsung mobile since 1 month, help me to sortout this matter. Error: something went wrong application is facing issues connectivity error in connecting with its sever.

It isn't showingp remaining credit, balance is stuck on the same number. Also it doesn't work with Bluetooth. If you provide a customer ID one can recharge via internet banking of Pakistani banks. Volume could have been little higher.

You are thieves. Witribe is a fraud. You have stolen my Buzz balance worth Rs.3000.

Poor customer support. No one reply here and email also.Please improve your support service. After 1 month its automatically working fine.

How to login? How to logout? And where is the password option for account. This app need serious update. It will be much better if I can just use my email address to create new account.

I made 2 payment today one from my credit card for Rs.500 and another from visa debit for Rs.100 both amounts were successfully debited from my cards but the credit is not showing up in app and hence unable to make out-going calls. *****Solution: if you are out of pakistan and looking to load credit. Use scratch cards instead of credit/debit. ((((Problem#2 Now that the app has balance the phone says "your phone number is not registered"...... please help))))

All u need to do is guys if u r facing some issues related to this app just email your details to wt team and they will solve u issue permanently as i did i was having same issues as u guys are facing but now its working cool.

Most of the time it hangs on "outgoing buzz" then I have to wait for 5-10minutes

While on call it's difficult to hear at both ends.

Please update as my balance not added after deduction from my credit card .I loged complained but not replying.I have tried two times .but didn't got credit .I shared all info to wirribe helpline but didn't solved my issues.please updates issues on payment gateway .

When ever i open the new updated app it crashes and says unfortunately stopped working was good before the new update. Now rating going down...Not able to pay thru my card it says transaction failed everytime i try to pay using my card...

Its giving connectivity issues on android marshmallow 6.0.1! It was working fine before update plz fix urgently no connectivity no inbound or outbound calls.

Love WT developers apps & highly appreciate the app like Wi Tv etc. And so build up a blind trust on their all apps

I tried to register but whenever I put my number, it doesn't send me a registration code. And hence I can't proceed. I really wanted to try this app but I can't. I don't have an international number, It's a Pakistani Ufone number (converted from Warid), and I'm currently in Pakistan as well so I don't understand why it doesn't send me the code. Please fix this soon. Thanks.
