Stories NEVER open so I can read them. Worst news app i have ever download. ALWAYS a connection error. Clearly I have a connection if I'm writing this review. Can't do ANYTHING with this app. No point for live stream or video either cuz those dont open too. Breaking news, no point, won't open. Everything stays on a dam white screen. Been like this for months and months yet NEVER had been fixed. Plenty of other reviewers have said same thing. You guys don't care about the bad reviews or viewers having these issues obviously. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. For being a major news outlet you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Love getting all the breaking news. And the traffic updates and transit helps to make sure I get were I need to go on time. Also I love being able to get the 7 day forecast. Thank toy 7 news app!!!

I get breaking news notifications but it disappears when I try to actually click on it to read it. Kind of sucks because you can't find that notification anywhere after

I think tht it's good to have on ur phone when ur nt at home to watch it on tv

This app used to be great but now for some reason it constantly crashes... And no, the app doesn't need to be updated.

Works well but the internet lags sometimes.

7news live in Boston is a good app streams breaking news in my local area.

Just kerping up wiyh the local news from home (former, that is.)

Keeps you updated of what is happening.

The app ain't bad is service purpose by getting news out to the people

From now on I will be watching a lot of channel 7 news because I used to watch a lot of another station but I don't like the way they changed their title of the news

When you click on Breaking news alerts it brings you to love stream instead of the news story. Please fix

It's a great app with the most update news from around Boston

I love 7 news but the app is horrible. Live streams don't work on any of my devices, I just get a live stream of traffic or a beach, not exactly breaking news. Weather works most of the time on my newer devices but fails on my older phones and tablets.

Just wondering if you are ever going to update news stories in this app. The national news; MA politics and National politics tabs all have not been updated since about June it looks like. Good job keeping current :(

To the point is an understatement. Local news I can trust from a sorce dedicated to bringing me the latest up to date news, weather, sports and information. Channel 7 in Boston owns the waves around here!

I had this app on old phone. Worked great. Now for whatever reason, the app won't live stream the news feed. Please fix the issue.

Nothing loads except the main page. This is the last place I ever see breaking news. Everything is a day behind. Awful.

Says can't connect to the internet, clearly I can.

This app is the best for the news when your not home

LIVE stream doesn't seem to work.

After the most recent update, the national news has not been updated. Stories from several weeks ago are listed. This is disappointing as it is a news app. If a fix is not in the near future, I will no longer use the app and use my storage space for another news app

Stories never open and when they do it takes forever to open. Better hope you have terrific service connection if you want to read. Plus cant even watch the live stream. Plus why are the headlines listed 3-4 times in tge same area. You scroll down to keep reading the same headlines over and over. I only need to know the cop picking his nose once not 4 times.
