The daily articles and self-driven targets are inspiring. I have had results after 1 week. You also learn fast what to chose in your day to hit the calorie breakdown which is great. However, the personal coaching is average and sometimes not there at all. My group also doesn't communicate or support each other. Maybe i was unlucky to lose out on the team spirit thing. I also can't transfer the steps I have logged from my Gear Fit2 Pro to the App, which means taking my phone everywhere to log steps.

The premise of this app was encouraging but I found logging foods too difficult (My Fitness Pal is far superior) and my coach kept posting my full name in the group forum. Her responses to my pleas to get her to stop demonstrated a lack of attention to detail and there was no sympathy, apology or attempt to correct her error. I've declined to pay for this type of service and have cancelled.

I really like this app, especially with the coaching. Kind of like Weight Watchers online combined with Coaching. The only thing that would make it better is if you could input recipes. You can on the apple version, but not android.

I like this program a lot and I've had a lot of success with it so far. Unfortunately I don't feel I can rate it highly because their billing process is kind of shady. No receipt, no disclosure of amount billed or when it's billed, and no way to access your subscription other than by talking to your coach. Not sure if I'll renew unless this is changed to be more transparent.

This App Sucks! I subscribed for the free trial but cancel 3 days after cause I felt the coach wasn't helping as much as she should. They still Took $159.00 out my bank account even though I cancel before the free trial was up. I'm trying to contact them for a refurd but they don't have any contact number online. I tried emailing them and they blocked my email from reaching to them. They are Scammers!!! They don't even deserve one star.

This is my favourite app for food logging because they have an extensive food database. But I have to repeat so many steps to enter entire day's food. Please remove the redundancies in app design. The step and distance counters are at par with other apps.

If you are having trouble getting your account cancelled since they make it so difficult, just post in the group message board exposing their awful customer support tactics and they will respond out of fear of other customers finding out.

You'll lose weight using this app because after paying for the monthly sub you won't have money to spend on food. It used to be so good a couple of years ago (it used to be $45 for the entire year, now I see it's $45 per month) and all of the nifty tips, tricks, and tasks are gone from the free version. It just feels like your regular meal tracking app.

Tried a free trial and before I knew it the had taken a huge amount of money out of my account and in the middle of the night with out a warning. Watch out!

A good tool if you are just starting out but if you have done numerous weight loss programs like I have there is no new information. The group support depends on which group you get in and what coach you have. The group I was in had a few active users but no real interaction like the group meetings of slimming world. I decided it was not for me and customer support responded immediately.

A good tool, however, it is annoyingly slow. Nearly 15 seconds to start in the morning to log breakfast; several seconds just to transition to the weight graph and back. Bar code scanner is more miss than hit. All that being said, this is my favorite tool to track my habits for maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle. Looks good, works well, positive, just really slow.

This app was paid for by my organization. I would love the help in managing my weight but the app has so many bugs, it's just unusable for me and the support group doesn't even have a ticketing system. No way to get an update on your issue if you have no way to reference your complaint.

It is impossible to cancel during the free trial or at any time! So beware as you will get charged a large amount even if you don't want to continue. It is then very difficult to contact noon to get support and a refund

So far I like the daily steps, the group support, and the classification of food as red, yellow, or green based on caloric density. However, the inability to put in your own recipes to calculate nutrition (which MyFitnessPal has) and the inability to edit messages in the group chat (really?) keeps this from being a 5 star app

Not taking any of my inputs. Nothing is updating. I've tried entering a goal weight 5 times and it keeps showing that I haven't done anything at all.

I have been trying to contact a live person for a week now. The WORST customer support I have ever experience. They take people's money without authorization and then refuse to have a live person available to discuss. Shady business practices. I was charged almost $200, and I don't even have an account I can log into.

There are many apps available that do this exact same thing for free. Certainly not worth the exorbitant price tag. The difference between this app and a free app, is the so-called group support and counseling which I found to be annoyingly generic not at all like talking with real people.

The app was a 4.5 to me when I started using it several years ago but over the years the text in the app have become almost unreadable. The color is very light and the font small. GPS tracking is great though.

You WILL NOT GET ANY refunds from these people. It costs $90/month and you need to get 'permission' from them to cancel, which they ignore so that they can charge you. This is a scam.

Picked it up again after liking the system before I was ready to drop the cash. It doesn't seem too well organized to pick up again, but I wanted to write a review bc the unique ID code I used to activate my trial today included a euphemism for male masturbation- so that was gross. System, good- but odd to pick up again so far- worried about the company culture.

Beware! This automatically renews! I had purchased the 3 month plan but didn't like it and deleted the app not knowing that it would automatically charge my account again 3 months later. The app does not work well - calorie counts are notoriously inaccurate and the coaches always seem to be 'on vacation'. They did end up refunding me for the extra charge so that's in their favour.

I really like the app and have found it simple to use in tracking my progress with working out and eating. If only I could figure out how to stop the pedometer from counting at all. And I've been having issues with the app showing the new week on Monday. For some reason it shows the last week, but will have the Monday log up, however if you select an previous day and try to go back to Monday, you have go go out the app and back in to get Monday to reappear. Also, now I can't save meals so that I can quick add during the week. I meal prep for lunch so this is very helpful to me as sometimes the add for the previous day does not always show up. Other than that, I love the app and will continue using it.
