NJ Child Support Case Info

I truly love the app, but recently I have been unable to obtain out retrieve any information from the app. Please fix it!!!!!!!!!

Freezes, wont allow you to close the app. Never remembers member id.

This app is atrocious. Text written over text, can't actually use it, just takes up space. Don't waste your time downloading it.

This app sux elephant dick! Pages are on top of each other.

i downloaded this app before thought it would be better to have instead of going through the internet. it was always giving me an error message when i logged in and my info was correct. So i uninstalled it. downloaded it again and its not even opening to the sign in screen. Need to fix it or just not have an app.

This app never works right. Like ever. I'll just stick,to looking up my case on the internet until they fix this to work properly.

The app worked great on my old phone (galaxy4) but when I installed it on my new phone (galaxy 6) everything is different (graphics, the way to navigate between pages etc) nothing works correctly. The information on the disbursement page is all jumbled and illegible. No option to "chat" ever pols up, it doesn't have give the option to stay logged in or "remembered,"

I type in my information and the page loads, then it crashes! It keeps telling me error. And for the split second that I can see the dispursment to cs, it's all jumbled together. It's a good idea, but definitely needs some work. :(

Great idea and I was super excited to use it. I have it on two different phones and app never works correctly. Always saying error messages. Then suddenly it won't work at all, can't log in whatsoever.

Doesn't work. Stays on the same page instead of letting you go to the next to see other info. Half the time there is writing on top of writing so you can't read it.

nj child support system is rediculous, cant reach a live person on the phone..court papers that were sent to the court with actual address , and receive papers ftom th to the correct address yet they have the wrong address on the paperwork..a address that never existed for the person..horrible system!! cant get the same info.from two different people, does anyone know wtf they are doing???

I had the app on my iPhone and it worked correctly as far as posting info but since switching to an Android phone it doesn't work or show all pertinent info needed. Please fix these problems.

This app has no real purpose. So what it give info. If one can not make a payment then there is truly no point in installing this app.

everything has fee now and service through this agency is not worth a penny used for it. this app is a joke

The information listed on the page is all jumbled together and the monthly listed amount isn't legible. Last week, every time I tried to log in I kept getting an error message. The concept is great, but the errors are way too common.

I can't log in...I use the same information for the app as I do on the computer and I keep getting an error message to fix bugs. I have installed re-installed and still the same error. When it worked it was good for a quick update but now it's useless for anything since you can't log in.

Scrolling through the different pages I see the same information over and over again. The page Im on isn't showing me the correct information.

This app is horrible. Never works. If you sign in it kicks you out. It's about as messed up as the child support workers and system. It's not going to be fixed because they don't want you to see how much money you're not getting

I just put it on my new phone and yhr info isnt in the right spot. Iy needs to be fixed. All the bugs to this app do. I never had a problem with it on ios but now havig problems with android

They won't fix it and they don't care. Tried reinstalling and it still won't work. How many bad ratings does it take to fix?

This app has some major problems the screen doesn't scroll to the next page. And info on the bottom the page is not available either. Fix it or trash it!!!

This has been like this for months. Can't read information. Can't scroll through pages. Even when you use the menu and click a specific page it isn't right or blank.

I have been trying to log in for over a week now and it keeps telling me log in is incorrect try again and I am entering the correct info.

THE APP IS NOT TOO BAD, BUT I CAN'T FIND A WAY TO WEB CHAT EITHER ONLINE WITH A COMPUTER OR WITH MY CELL. IF ANYONE OUT THERE CAN ANSWER THIS QUESTION, AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM, I WOULD TRULY APPRECIATE THAT. CALLING THIS OFFICE IS NOT VERY PRODUCTIVE, THEY BASICALLY CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. I STARTED GETTING MY MONIES, FROM MY EX'S PAYROLL, HE GETS PAID EVERY OTHER WEEK. I NOTICED THAT HIS COMPANY DID NOT SEND THE MONEY INTO THEM UNTIL 5 BUSINESS DAYS, AND THEN HAD TO WAIT TO GET THE MONEY. I SIMPLY CALLED TO ASK IF THEY CAN IN FORCE THAT THE COMPANY SENDS THE MONEY TO THEM THE DAY HE GETS PAID. BASICALLY, THEY JUST REPEATED WHAT I ALREADY READ FROM THE SITE. WHO CAN I REACH OUT TO ENFORCE THIS. SEEMS LIKE NO ONE WANTS TO HELP. IF ANY ONE OUT THERE HAS A PHONE NUMBER OR AN INTERNET SITE I CAN USE TO TALK TO SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING, CAN YOU PLEASE SHARE!!!! THANK YOU

The New Jersey CHILD support program is the most ridiculous, Crap ever, can't contact anyone about anything anywhere, every number leads to a stupid automated system where you can't even leave a message or email anyone to help you! no wonder people can go 9 years without paying a dollar or going to jail. It's sick really, I've lost all faith in all of it. Thanks

The app isn't functioning properly. You can't see all pages and you can't scroll up and down thru the pages you can see. It's basically a mess. Also, a nice feature would to be able to email case worker from the app.

I did find it very useful until it won't let me log in & keeps saying error and I know my info. I've gotten 4 temp passwords n still no luck for the past month... please fix these issues asap

This app no longer functions properly and this has been going on for months! I even have a new phone, uninstalled and reinstall. I can log in, it allows you to scroll through but only 3 pages will actually show information and it is not the impt ones. Giving feedback is as useless as calling your caseworker. Just another area NJ needs to get their act together.

Can't see every page or scroll up and down on the pages you can see. Works for basic features but could definitely use improvement

Paterson Times: Sheriff: 31 arrested in child support payments sweep according to Passaic County Sheriff Richard Berdnik. 39 warrants valued $778,682 were closed as a result of last week sweep. Berdnik said this was statewide effort conducted in conjuction with the NJ association to clamp down on. I have yet received my money this happened on 2/19/16

This app needs an update badly! On going issue for months with logging in and then when you actually get in, the pages drag on and I'm not able to see all of my case information! !

Everytime you log in, it is so slow and never gets you to the screen you need without getting an error and logging you out.

Would rate a 0 but that's not possible. Nothing ever loads correctly. So annoying.

All this money ppl pay for child support and they can't even run an app.. foh
