Vodafone Secure Net

I like it I have no doubt because I know my data are always safe if there is any deference vodacom always update me; right now I have a minor problem when I finished update trying to open secure net I always been told Vodafone protect is no longer available.

Not as good as some of the other networks, pity as it is costly.

absolute rubbish, since joining vodafone and activating my secure net account,it's now been activating for 3 months and it's still not working

Plain and simple like Vodafone billing it doesn't add up. Really poor keeps crashing. Really badly written software. For a huge company this smacks of something done on the cheap. Not worth £1 a month.

Works fine and the locate phone feature is OK. The only problem is that when you launch the app if fails to authenticate first time. Also I am not happy about paying a monthly fee.. I think that this security should be built into the red bundle.

Totally pointless, waste of any perceived creativity in creating it, was it a rushed and panic job?? Im not paying £1 each month for the privilege of a useless app

The old one gave me more control. What is the point if it only works on mobile data and not wifi, as the old one did both. Now to keep it, it's £1 a month, wasn't the old one free. Also when I check it from every now and again it seems to have logged off then has trouble authentication, a large issue when you think you're being protected when not.

Bog standard rubbish compared with the previous version. Do yourselves a favour and install McAfee instead they've obviously lost the contract with them so produced this sub standard rubbish.

You get nothing for free from Vodafone. You get urged and urged to use it, then have to pay for full use of it when you do install it. Total waste of space when there are better other apps out there.

Attempting to log in online to use the phone tracking utility however when I retrieve my password it sends a text to the phone, which is lost / stolen with the new password. When I call Vodafone they say they have never heard of Vodafone protect and there is no such thing. I can not log in to my account to track my phone. Do not use this software, if you misplace your phone it will not help you!

Wow here is another Vodafone app that is trying to make more money out of us by installing the app as a trail period for 3 months for free then get charged every time we use the app. Most of the antiviral apps are free unless you upgrade them. But the big let down is if you want to read the headlines of the news you have to remove your age restrictions via the Vodafone account link. Totally utter useless it won't let me into my account anyway full stop.

Vodafone Protect is based on McAfee Mobile Security yet Vodafone requires a monthly subscription fee to activate additional features such as Privacy Protection and Security Scans. Meanwhile you can save yourself the monthly fee and download McAfee Mobile Security and you basically get the full protection suite - for FREE.

Don't know if it's something I'm doing wrong but nowhere I've looked can help me fix it.

It's terrible. Keeps locking my device. Can't uninstall even though Vodafone has notified me that it's no longer in service. Shocking.

New Vodafone secure net doesn't scan on Wi-Fi the old Vodafone protect did it is so much better than this new rubbish not going to pay £1 a month for Vodafone secure net it is pant's

It is not possible to activate/register on Lenovo A2010-A with dual SIM. Vodafone SIM is plugged on second slot with 2G network only and appl. does not detect it.

Everytime there is a update, you have to go through setup process all over again. Will try again for a while, otherwise I'll be going back to AVG.!
