Do not try to pair Bluetooth. Just launch the app and keep Bluetooth on, app will auto connect.

Led light is very good quality, but the android app for this led is very bad, they need to develop app for better user interface. Also app had connection issue in later stage, Initially app work perfectly but after some time app will not synchronize with led. You need to un install the app and again install to synchronize with led.

The app connected without any issues. It does have call, sms notification options, but I want to be able to use the bulb as the device notification led. Where I can set the light color to change as per any app notification appearing, phone battery low etc. and define my own time to turn on and off the bulb. And those games are not at at useful or entertaining even for little kids.

We have installed multiple lights. It gets difficult to choose the exact colours in group mode feature due to the gradation scale. Kindly fix this and allow us to change the colour the way we can for a single light. Thanks....also add a space to control all lights individually at one location...the light is superb but application needs lot of work

Does't connect to the bulb 9 out of 10 times and keeps losing connection when it does connect, effectively turning the really expensive Smart bulb into a 7 watt less than ordinary LED bulb. Have installed this app on three phones and doesn't work well on any of them.

Not able to pair with android 6. It keeps asking pairing password. Nothing works. Update: it does not need pairing in android 6. We have to keep Bluetooth and GPS location both on, only then app is able to search device. Also it's connection is not as seamless as it's in android 5. Finally I am able to control it through moto g3

For out of the box android devices you may not be able to connect , atleast I am not it's not visible on Bluetooth explorer and app. Disappointed you should have updated app to support 6 and higher by now expected more of you syska .

Hello friends I faced same problem with my Lenovo K4 note Android version 6 But I solved it... For Android Version 6 or more Just you have to do.... on GPS and Bluetooth then go to Apps It will automatically connect... guaranteed 100% Work..... thanks

Its magic if the app gets connected to the device. Buy this rainbow led only if you are Magician. Muggles won't be able to connect to the bulb via rainbow app.

The Bluetooth connectivity is lost every now and then. Reconnection is a pain. Developers are requested to look in to the problem. Also, there is no app for Windows Phone. Please create one.

This app has support only up to Android 6.0.1. Motorola G4 Plus, One Plus 3 and 3T users and any other users on Android 7.0 will have issues with bluetooth connectivity as the app permissions (especially Bluetooth) has to be solved. Hoping that Syska works on an update at the earliest.

What a waste! The developer has put in so much useless features in the app but did not fix the connectivity issues. It never connects.

I have installed this app on Android 7.0...but it shows only one page of color picker....rest features are not there. I m really disappointed to see this. And app also sometimes disconnect with bulb as it doesnt change the color.....Please update thr app to work smomthly..

The app takes a lot of time to connect, sometimes unable to search for the bulb and connect via Bluetooth. Also there's a lot of lag when changing from one color to other. Would be great with music sync is made available with YouTube videos.

The App does not work with the latest android phones. Upon calling the customer service, they said that the LED wouldn't work for Android 6.0 and that the app is under development. I was even asked to return the LED. Kudos to the customer service for making such a statement!

Does not connect led . I am having K4 note. It does not show led. But using my friend phone it shows the connection. Kindly update the app and resolve matter. I am thinking that purchasing it was my mistake.

App has to be fundamentally redesigned for home automation. It bas been designed with more emphasis on playing games. Thus, it is easy to have flickering, alarm blinking, some sunset light changes etc. But just to change color from white needs 3-4 click. There is no predefined warm white color, have to figure it out. Cannot add predefined colors. And multiple lights, forget it, too complicated to deal with.

Connectivity issues. Does not connect easily and connectivity is lost very soon. Update the app immediately.

One of the worst apps I ever used. Lot of room for improvement. Connection issues are there, the interface is like a game, instead of being a simpler, professional interface. I have seen better college projects.

Nice app but need more options, thn only i can give 5str. Beating with music is slow, no fast beating

This app truly is one of the worst I've ever come across. And I have tried other bluetooth rgb bulbs and none of them gave so many problems as this. App design looks cartoonish. This app truly defines the concept of Unstable Bluetooth. My device is able to detect all the bulbs via its device discovery, but the app wont show them. I even left it in close range for 15-20 mins with multiple power cycles on bulb, bluetooth. Nothing!! AVOID TILL APP IS FIXED(which likely will be NEVER) Go for MansaLED

Doesn't work with Android Nougat. Takes forever to connect. This is so buggy that it can win the "Worst App award", easily. Don't waste time buying Syska sub standard products.

Bought this bulb yesterday, worked fine for a night then in the morning stated giving me connection failed error when tried connecting and also giving me invalid passkey and code error when tried pairing with device with the same code i connected earlier. App too is laking many useful features which other smart lite apps provides.

Waste of money to have bought syska smart led, because the app is very bad. It is not able to detect the led light most of the time. They should fix these issues.

I'm not able to connect using any android phone. I dont know why. But the bulb is connecting to iPhone. Please give a solution.

The bulb is just not pairing and not able to add alarm too. Very frustrating. Waste of money.

LED Bulb is Good. Android App sucks big time.You guys have an amazing product here, but the support app is wasted. While playing music, it keeps disconnecting and loses the connection. Small issues with the app, please give new UPDATE!

At times it seemed that there was not a stable connection. At that point of time "click on locate bulb". Then the light blinks and a stable Bluetooth connection happens. Small workaround

So many negative comments.. And syska guys are sleeping.. Not able to connect.. With xiomi redme note 3. Android 6.. Zero star... Total money waste..

Please upgrade the app. The music sync is a pattern that repeats. Even if the song is blank the lights keeps blinking. Use the frequency of the song for the blinking of the lights.

My mobile has been upgraded to Marshmallow since than I am unable to connect the led. Before upgrading my mobile it was smoothly connected.

Software UI is crap. It didn't tell me switch on Location. In Marshmallow devices, it will only work if GPS is turned on.

Very unstable. Bluetooth does not connect. Does not accept any code and then finally app controls the bulb without the Bluetooth connectivity showing unsuccessful. And app not smooth at all

Can connect only upto 7 lights that to with a lot of difficulties. One of my worst decision to choose this bulb Also most of the 5 stars given are Sksyka employees and their friends and family

It would be better if there is an option to enter rgb colour codes manually to change colour will will make it easy to get desired colour or atleast have voice color facility like in iota app.dificult to get colour

Bulb build quality is really good but Doesn't connect to a device running Android Marshmallow. Please fix the issue with an update, else this will be last Syska product I buy.
