本社創立於1989年1月29日，同年5月2日授證，隸屬於國際扶輪3510第7分區，本社膺服國際扶輪規章，用真誠的熱情，遵從四大考驗，力行扶輪精神，服務社會，回饋世界。 Society was founded in January 29, 1989, the same year on May 2 charter, under section 7 of Rotary International District 3510, Rotary International, the Society themselves for service regulations, with sincere enthusiasm, follow the four tests, to exercise the spirit of Rotary , social services, contribute to the world.
