IWC SAKE 部門

設立からSAKE部門は着実に規模を拡大し、初年度には200銘柄だったエントリー数が現在では1200銘柄を超えるまでに成長しました。このアプリにはエントリーした日本酒が盛り込まれています。

当アプリはIWCでエントリーし審査された日本酒をご紹介するために作られました。IWCの審査員は日本人および非日本人の日本酒専門家が50％ずつという構成です。日本酒は日本だけでなく、アメリカ、ノルウェー、カナダなど多くの国で造られています。蔵元の情報のほか、メダルを獲得した日本酒については審査員コメントも記載されています。 SAKE department from the establishment is steadily expanding the scale, at 200 the number of entries was the stocks currently in the first year has grown to more than 1200 stocks.
