Slow and hangs up the call automatically. Sometimes the call isn't disconnected when we click the red button and often loops call to the last dialed number. Which wastes the credit amount. The service is cheap VoIP but with such a terrible app, it's a waste.

Please Don't use this they are fooling the people such a bad service I have ever seen always call drops..before they were providing 240 minutes in 1bd and now they reduced to 110 min for 1bd and the service totally down even though my level is 26 still tgey are giving 110 mins I think for new customers they will provide 80 mins or less don't ever install this app..if u call directly from viva u will get 120 mins with the clear line in 1bd

I suggest wow call team to improve the voice quality. Also if I want to recharge my account I have to visit wow call website it would be better if recharge option available in app.
