It's not very good. The search function is crappy. Say you type in "Japan", instead of dropping the cities IN Japan it defaults to Japanese restaurants in the US.... uhhh. No thanks, WHY would I be searching Wotif for a Japanese restaurant in that place when I live in Australia???? Sorry. The entire planet DOESN'T revolve around the ridiculous USA.... get a clue. We don't have to use Wotif, in fact, I am deleting the useless app because of its strange default to the US. A place I would never ever ever visit.

It would be nice if when having to jump off the app to reply quickly to a text or whatever else to not have to start the whole search filter and selecting from scratch each time it's really inconvenient. Please fix.

It really frustrates me that I can only have 1 itinerary showing under my trips. I have 2 different places we're staying on our trip but makes it very difficult to manage our international travel without both showing. I would like to be able to filter for "book now pay later" options to assist with future travel bookings

I really like using the app, my only complaint is not showing the day. It's way to easy to book a hotel for the wrong day when it just shows the day of the month and doesn't show day of the week ( Mon/Tue etc ).

I prefer the desktop site, it has more options to filter. I usually have a few prerequisites when going to a hotel, none of which I find on the mobile site. It's good if you want something basic and user friendly. Use the desktop site if you need anything more.

Have only used this once but was able to go from deciding we wanted to book accommodation to having reviewed a dozen or so options and booked within fifteen minutes. The design is very appealing and was so easy to see what a hotel offered. Wish I travelled more so I could use more often

If you forget your password it's impossible to get a new one. Very poor service indeed. It could not have been worse if they tried to make it that way. I am very disappointed.
