I've been using this software now for almost 2 years, and I absolutely love it and highly recommend it for any service company! The Customer Factor has saved my business time and money by enabling me to keep up with a ton of office work without hiring an assistant (yet). I say yet because it has also helped me increase my revenue by closing more estimates and retaining more customers giving us an automated system that is helping us grow! The developers are working hard every month and have come out with so many robust features that I can now even replace my time clock system with this simple app. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this app. It's worth every penny whether you're bringing in 10,000 or 500,000/yr!
