Once I figured out that the Heka App needed to be disconnected, all was well, except it never kept my total distance or pace records. It also kept dropping my music. I can see that it *could* be an awesome app, but they need to tweak it and make it more intuitive to follow. Also agree that this should be a plug in for Heka app and not a stand alone since you have to disconnect one to use the other. Close, but far from being perfect. Added: It would be great to have a user guide for it as well.

Having the same trouble as others. Will not pair with my helo. Fix this and I will for sure adjust my rating. There is also no type of app settings area in order to try to pair manually. That would be helpful in the short term and then if you have to in fact unpair from Heka to get this app to pair it would be good if you didn't have to switch back and forth. Thanks!

It is a nice simple design, but unable to use the app. I am having the same connection issue as others. Since there may be a Bluetooth limitation my suggestion is to create the helofit as a plug-in for Heka or make it easier to switch connections.

Probably the worst app i have ever tried to use on my cell phone. Wont connect to my helo even after disconnecting from the heka app. Gps doesnt seem to work either. Back to the drawing board with this one. How about a user guide while at that drawing board.

ALERT! For those with connection issues. Most bluetooth devices can not handle multiple channels. You need to disconnect the heka app to connect the fit app. I'm so excited to have this app to pair with my help wristband. Let the workouts begin! :-)

I am having the same problems as some others. My Heka app is connected to my Helo, but Helo Fit says there is no Bluetooth connection.

I have tried installing this twice now and while the heka App sees my helo, the Helofit doesn't... Very frustrating. Time to open a ticket with support

Not able to connect with Bluetooth, made sure everything was disconnected from all the previous help apps. When I tried running it would not count anything. Every time I open the app, it crashes. Not very sustainable for running or keeping track of progress.

Very frustrated with this app. Same problems as others. Was looking forward to having this, a serious let down!

It does not work with my HELO Classic that is being paired with Heka in this Sony Xperia Z Ultra smartphone; even when I unpair HELO from Heka.

Having same issue as others with it not connecting to my Helo LX. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no change. Frustrating. Was looking forward to this app.

Won't sync with my helo, touches are laggy, functions lock up and app crashes.
