This gives you a good summary of world news. The only thing is that the sports are Europe biased. For North American readers it would be nice to get US football and nhl/world hockey ... maybe add ESPN or similar feed. Other than that, it's comphrensive and ad-free which, for me, is a nice reprieve from all the ad supported news apps. The weather is an added bonus. Great job.

I like the app itself but with my experience it is the biggest battery and data hog of all my apps and I have and use many apps, including two different weather apps. I have it set up for auto sync at four hours. I am going to set it to update on wi-fi only but if the drain doesn't go down any I will have to uninstall.

Like it better than newsstand witch come pre-installed on the phone the black background is easy on the eye's and the content is much richer than NS read more than watch or listen TV because what was reported on TV it fills the blank spaces wasn't sad on TV (remember the content on TV is censored ) reading the news gives you more flexibility and also to the writer and editor. (I'm not a journalist I just like quality)
