Dumbbell Muscle Workout Plan P for Android
Workouts are good, the pics of how to do the exercises in the workout stopped working so I have to figure out the exercise purely from the text. Another app may be better. I have the paid version
I have the paid version, yet it does not automatically fill in reps & weight. I cannot see a display of past weights for exercises.
It would be nice if it used the weights from your last work out and upped them if you hit the max failure.
The animations of the workout examples are not showing in the app.

Weeks 9-12 will not stay check marked as completed. This app has been amazing and I have had tremendous results in the past year by only using dumbells at home. However, after 6 months I still can't check off anything after 8 weeks so I'm unable to save my progress past that point.
As a beginner I was looking for something to get me started and keep me motivated. This app certainly does that and the amount of information is invaluable for someone like me. I got the paid version to show support and get the added features. 5 stars if the Facebook post to wall will work. Even though I allowed permission it doesn't show on my wall. Galaxy S7 Edge
I like the app, keeps my going. The only problem is I still don't have the chart for my progress, and I'm in week 7 already.
Paid version is worth it. Keeps your workouts going. Song tracks are a huge plus. I workout at home and seeing results....love the log load for previous weights lifted.

I'm a beginner and this app have me the needed info and guidance. So far results are good
On week 12 and the body change is palpable. One thing I'd change has to do with record keeping - One has to back out to a previous week, write down the amount of weight lifted, then return to the current week to plug in new data. It certainly would be more convenient if recent history was on the same page.

Great balanced workout. Easy to understand instructions. I am actually sticking to this workout plan.

Best workout app I've tried. I started week one weighing in at 170, now I'm at 190 with most of it muscle
I just bought the full version and now it won't let me install it keeps coming up with an error code 927
Good quick workouts, week 5 and I'm still sore the next day, gotta be doing something right

This app is easy to follow I just follow the weight lifting portion since I'm just trying to make more muscle mass and not bulk up and gain weight

I really like the app, keeps me motivated, and I'm getting good results, i got the paid version, definately worth it. Weeks 9 -12 wont save, thats annoying but not the end of the world. Would like a vegetarian diet plan in addition to the one included!
