I just wanted to say that I like the app, and I like that I can keep record of my lifts. My only gripe is that on the next week when I go to do the same exercise I can't see what my maxes were from the week before. I have to go back and check the week before and then go back to this week in order just to do my workout to make sure I'm pushing more than the last time. Is there any way that you could add to the app when you go to the same exercise the next time that it will show your previous maxes from t

There is a free one that is the exact same thing. This just repeats the free one over and over again......NOT WORTH IT!!!!!

Four weeks in and already seeing a big difference and feeling much stronger as well. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants build muscle.

I found this Application outstanding and the plan fit for not only regular muscle builders but also beginners. It is proving to be very productive for me and a complete guide.
24, Diagnosed with stage 4 cancer May 12th of 2015. I had lost 47lbs due to the cancer in 2 months prior to diagnosis left me at 198lbs. I found this app after my 3rd chemotherapy treatment and was tired of feeling weak. My Drs said I'd be lucky to gain 8-10lbs. As of today August 18th I weigh 245lbs again. I've done nothing more then follow this program for the last 10 weeks, eat moderately health home style cooked meals, and take a lean mass protein shake. Effort you put in will determine your progress.

Tracking is desperately needed. Just showing what you did last week or an overall chart of progression. It's a pain to go back and look what I did last time, especially if that exercise was from 2 weeks ago. Besides that flaw, great program to hit some basic muscle groups. Use this for a few weeks to get back into it before doing my own workouts. Keep up the work and add some tracking or workout customization to the week! Thanks
It dose work. I was new to the gym. I followed this routine from start to finish. I slimed my wast by 6 inches and added 10 lb during this program. You need to put in the time but the results are real.
Def worth the $$. Keeps me focused and building in the gym.

I used this app a year ago and received the best results I've ever had in terms of muscle gains and cut. Great approach to fitness and allows independence from personal trainers. I love all the info so I bought the full app. I'm getting back on it after a long while so starting from scratch. I can't wait to see my boost all over again!

I don't follow the meal plans and still works amazingly. Gets me in and out of the gym quickly.

Definitely worth the price. The supplement tips help a lot - supplements never did anything for me before but I know now I wasn't using them right. The workouts get a bit repetitive (every other week rotates almost the same schedule). It would be nice if they mixed some different exercises in from their library.
Great app. Has everything you need. Tips, videos to show you form that don't need any time to load or lag, descriptions, grocery list and daily meal plans. Lookin forward to starting this new program.
Travis go to the settings and click or press "load log" . It will transfer your last saved workout to the week you are on. I'm starting week 8 and I see improvements every week.

It's okay. Not he most varied exercises, not the most efficient for those on a time budget. Not horrible either.
