The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because the app won't allow me to tick the boxes following week 9. Except for this one tiny detail, the app is awesome!
Error message "Google Play has stopped working" costantly comes up (like once every minute on avg.) and I have to press "Ok" before I am able to get on with my workout. On my Galaxy S5. Please fix this as I would like to rate this 5 stars. Other than that its an awesome app - good solid bodybuilding knowledge and simple, easy to use system. Tons of great bodybuilding tips as a bonus!
I purchased tha app and hopefully im jacked within 3 months following this exercise plan

Great app! It keeps you more honest about the effort you put in, as well as track progress.
Apparently among all of this developer apps, the first I've chosen to buy is the best of them all.. Great tool though, but not excellent as the other. .
My friend had given me the reference to download this app. And i cudnt thank him more for this reference. It provides adequate info on not only how to do proper workout, but what to eat, what not to eat, how to get rid of useless reps and sets. Its a bible. If followed correctly it shud give the proper result.
But wish we could edit the workouts.
It's a great workout. I needed a more challenging program and this one delivered it.

One piece of advice to other users - you can stick to the basic version. Spending 3+ dollars doesn't get you anything extra. Its the same first two weeks that are repeated over and over again. No new exercises or schedule.

Great group of exercises one flows right into the next
Good app overall I like the workouts and information that it gives. It would be a big plus if you can add a reset or clear button for starting the program over.
It tells you all you need to develop great muscles. It work very well. If you dedicate time to understanding it, the results will be very satisfying.

I like it but the calculator doesn't work and a few other things are half assed, but over all a great app
As a personal trainer myself, I think this is an awesome program for beginners and advanced. Love the diets.
I'm a huge fan of all your programs. This one in particular has been exactly what I've been looking for as far a schedule and a guide to the correct way of using the machines. I use the meal plans as a guide and recommend this app to intermediate level starters. As a woman, I found the total body workout perfect to get me started. I personally couldn't do 3 push ups and now by the 4th week I can do 15 straight. I can't say enough about your apps! THANK YOU!!!

It's okay you have to press play on how to do the exercises to find out which one you actually supposed to do. Or its looks like the same Programe for 12 week just finished my 3rd week today getting not to bad of results thou.
Don't buy this It is literally the exact same routine for the twelve or so week I want my money back

I did the free 12 month program. Loved it. Made serious gains in strength. For only $4.21(like 2 coffees, don't complain) you get a great work out program. Everyday I get DOMS, it's great.
